Very strategic location, good breakfast and nice staff.

Was good although kinda repetitive sometimes.

Sometimes you need to ask for refill for example milk since they don’t really seem to notice when it runs out.

Poor communication. My booked rooms was downgraded with same price. Booked 2 family rooms with town view, what I got is 4 rooms with backyard n alley view. Too frustrated.

Able to leave the luggage at hotel when arrived before check-in time. Iron not provided in the room but don't worry, just request and they will sent it to your room. The hotel location is very strategic. Ben Thanh market infront hotel and got a few halal restaurant nearby about 4-5 minutes walking. And walkable distance to other attraction places like Tao Dan park, Indepence Place, War Remnant museum, al Rahim mosque and more.

The room lighting a little bit dim for me.

Very well located and the buffet is really good.

Clean and modern room. Very comfortable. Next to Ben Thanh Market. Nice view.
