The overall experience was good. It was specious and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was cooperative.

The location was at the height in the street with steep, which is difficult to climb by walk by elderly people or the people with health issues. There was no staff to support in luggage shifting to the apartment and lifting up suitcases by stairs was bit difficult. No elevator option was available.

Large apartment. Lot of space if travelling with family or group of friends.

The reception lady at the hotel seemed quite rude and uninterested in her job or welcoming the guests. We were travelling with our 10 month old son and had booked an apartment with a kitchen. To our shock and surprise the kitchen only had a broken kettle placed on the stove. There was no cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, tea/ coffee maker, fridge or cooking utensils as mentioned on booking.com. we had to go to the reception and request for providing some plates and utensils in order to be able to prepare food for our baby. The breakfast was basic. There is no TV in the apartment as shown in the photos. The towels provided to us had a distint smell, and were quite worn out.

The fact that the usage of the small terrace very close to many rooms was not managed by the staff and people were very loud all night being really annoying and disrespectful

The location is exceptional because the hotel is in the old town. Plenty of points of interest close to it. The hotel itself attracts tourists because it has a well-known cafe. An amazing view from this cafe is included. Not pricy.

We didn't get promised refrigerator, even though it was not needed eventually. No personal balcony as it belongs to the cafe.

It is a colourful and creative hotel in Old Tbilisi, just 700-800 meters from the central Liberty Square, restaurants and main city attractions. The tokms are clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish there were glasses in the room, but the staff handled this problem quickly.
