The room was very spacious
This property shouldn’t call itself a HOTEL, this property it’s far from being a HOTEL, the 1 room that they have remodeled it’s the one we stayed in. Let start from the beginning:
When we got to the hotel we had to honk at the cows for 15mins to let us through because they are located in the middle of nowhere, you get to the “hotel” and no one welcomes you, then we walked into the kitchen/ reception area and you meet with a very unfriendly individual, the credit card machine does not work to pay for the ridiculously overpriced room that trust me when you see the property you would understand that it’s a ripoff, the room it’s exactly as you see it on the picture but besides that there’s NOTHING and I mean NOTHING, there’s no amenities, lounge area , it’s just a house that they rent rooms and they have that one room that it’s the bait for customers like we did.
Next morning you go into the kitchen/reception area that by the way it’s just a table with a computer.. and no one says hi , the people in the kitchen that offer you breakfast don’t say hi, don’t smile and fyi I had a quadruple room (therefore I should have 4 breakfast) even question you… my mom who I traveled with ordered an orange juice and then I ordered one and they said it was one per room … like seriously? What is that ?

Aunque los cuartos internamente son muy buenos, podrian mejorar las puertas tanto de los cuartos como la de los baños de cada cuarto. Igualmente mejorar la entrada al hotel.

Excelente ubicación y vista a las montañas. Se puede disfrutar del paisaje de la zona.
Se escucha mucho el ruido del exterior de la habitaciones (corredores y habitación de al lado). Esto porque las ventanas y puertas no bloquen bien el sonido exterior.

El sitio donde está emplazado es espectacular, los desayunos muy ricos y la gente que trabaja allí encantadores y siempre a disposición de lo que necesites.

Personal sobradamente encantador, camas extragrandes, vistas para perderse en ellas y mencion especial a mona la gata que nos acompaño en nuestra estancia
Si bien esta un poco apartado del centro del pueblo de filandia (2 min en coche), solamente anotaria que el camino de acceso deberian arreglarlo un poco.

1. Las chapas de las puertas metálicas del baño hacían mucho ruido al entrar y salir del baño
2. Niños lloraban muy temprano sin tranquilizarlos rápido no dejando dormir bien.
3. Los otros huéspedes hablaban alto en el corredor temprano y no dejaban dormir bien.
4. El vidrio que da a la mejor vista del paisaje es reflectivo para adentro, es decir, de afuera nos pueden ver y no al revés.

Die Lage mit Blick auf die cordilleras ist kaum zu toppen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und wenn mal etwas fehlt, sollte man einfach das nette Personal fragen. Diese helfen einem jederzeit weiter und sind sehr freundlich.

1.El acceso al hotel: carretera en mal estado.
2.Ruidosa: nos tocó la habitación contigua a la recepción y se escucha todo (gente hablando, moviendo cosas, etc) hay una ventana pequeña que las une, no tiene sentido ya que el baño tiene otra ventana con iluminación y ventilación.

Colombian style breakfast consisting of eggs, arepa and fruit. The view from the balcony looking back to Armenia is great. The hotel is basic, clean with comfortable beds and hot water. The location may be an issue for some if you do not have your own car. It is located approx., 1/2 mile from the center of the pueblo.

The views, the fresh air, the views from the room, from the hangout place where there is a fireplace and the views all over. Your room has both east and west views so everywhere the views are spectacular. And the bed and pillows and sheets were lovely. Don’t miss the views.
It is a little walk from the town but not too far. Except when it rains.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly very nice.
Road going into the hotel was very rocky and dangerous cars were getting stuck. Rooms were filled with bugs everywhere no screens on the windows or doors. Beds were hard. Very inflexible with cancellation.

It didn’t feel right to charge 60 pesos for the jacuzzi. That is a very high price for two hours of jacuzzi usage. guests should be able to use the facilities as amenities included in the stay.

This place was LITERALLY a breath of fresh air. After a long trip from Bogata we landed in this beautiful town and this wonderful hotel. The staff was overwhelmingly kind and gave us the utmost care and even let us check in early because of our circumstances! The breakfast was delicious and home cooked! The views of the countryside here (even from the rooms) were amazing and the access to Wi-Fi even in the area we were in was great! They have ample space and the charm of this place is unforgettable. The owner is a wonderful woman and the staff literally treat you like family. If I ever come back to Columbia I’m taking an extended stay in this wonderful hotel. Please go here if you have the chance it’s a must see location. 10/10

Location in Google maps is wrong - it‘s further away from town than indicated! If you arrive by bus or Jeep and have some lugguage, take a taxi (=Jeep) from the main square to the hotel

The lady at front desk was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean.
The location is far from the town and raining season make difficult to take a taxi it get hard for the car to go there, make worse the internet conexion wasn't available so figure out we went to bed at 7:30 pm. They also have a cat at the reception and my husband didn't want us to eat breakfast there because smells urine cat as soon we walked there. I apologize but I was dissatisfied with the issues we were faced. The reason a choose this hotel was based on the reviews I saw here but I wasn't that lucky.

The view is absolutely stunning. The beds were fairly comfy compared to other nearby hotels!
It is very loud. Do not book the double room - it is worth it to pay the extra money to get rooms further away from the kitchen due to noise. Staff arrive early and you hear everything due to the bathrooms roof not being closed.
The staff do not speak English at all, as advertised on booking.com. They were still helpful, but don’t count on them speaking English. The lovely lady who makes breakfast is very kind!
You have to pay extra to use the hot tub.
The WiFi is a bit spotty compared to other places we stayed in the area, which is great for disconnecting if that’s what you’re looking for!
