Its run by a lady entrepreneur, she has too much smile on her face

The staff members hold you near the room exit gate for checking the room for any broken or damage and then pay your security deposit, its very unprofessional. You can check when the guest go in the reception area but ask the guest to wait outside room for checking the room for any damage, it’s totally annoying. Also, they have written too much unwanted damage rules, like if towel is damaged then pay over 700 Baht, one can buy towel from 7 eleven for 70 baht.

It was close to the shops and beach

Small room which is fine but bed was uncomfortable, stairs (No lift to the room), no tea or coffee( only had for first day), stayed there for 3 days no one change the bed sheets, bed sheets smells to start with, shower hose doesn’t stick with the shower so you have to hold it all the time otherwise it ll be messy, towels look very old and cheap stuff. Wouldn’t recommend this property.

there was nobody at front desk whenever I was around. the place was empty and the price was high for the location and the low season. staff didn’t speak any English… nice enough but very difficult to have a conversation and get recommendations

Location is great, a 5 minute walk from the pier. Very close to a calm little beach too. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was quite large for the price. AC was powerful. It was perfectly clean when I arrived. I was very satisfied with the room. I'd say it is good enough for sure if you just want to chill at the island.

There was no real reception. I was received by a lady who was there, I think, only for the specific time frame that I indicated. After that she left and I did not see her again untill checkout. But, I must say that I could reach her by phone when I had to request an earlier checkout. She did not seem to be in the best of moods during both interactions, but was not necessarily rude either. I read in other reviews about the restaurant of this location, which was one of the reasons I booked it. When I arrived, I saw that the restaurant was closed. Slightly disappointing. My room was not cleaned during my stay. But, maybe this is standard practice in a facility like this (given that it isnt a real hotel), same could maybe be said for the lack of reception.
