Hospitality and overall quality, value for money

Not really much to say.. a bit loud neighbourhood maybe.

the hotel owner did not leave us alone by communicating constantly. He even tried to help by posting the locations of famous places around. the room was clean, spacious and large enough to accommodate more than one person.

Very convenient location, very friendly staff, clean, more than enough for visiting beautiful Mostar

Apparently as per the facility owner's statement there is also a state tax of 2.5 % which is not included in Booking.com's calculations during the booking of the property which results in mismatch in amounts. Booking.com should update the state tax in addition to the city tax so that there is 100% clarity on what I see as I'll pay and what I pay at the end. (apart from the currency rate adjustments)

It is difficult to communicate with the owner. He prefers not to help.

I just fell in love with this room overlooking the river. Very colorful Bosnian house in the city center. I think this is the best location in Mostar. I liked my room so much that I didn’t even want to go out for a walk). It was very cozy, like from a fairy tale. Grape leaves grow on the windows. The house is perfectly clean, not a speck of dust. Everywhere smells of freshly washed bedding. Large beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Very responsive host, answered all my many questions)

- The location was in the city center. - House was so close to the river and has many clean rooms and also the facility was perfect. - The owner of the house was so friendly and kind. He also take to a tour of Blagaj Tekke and Pocitel with his car. - I can steongly recommend the house. I think the best in Mostar conpared to the price.

Our host was such a wonderful guy and looked after all of the residents. Very informative and even gave us a map. There is a tour that he provided to Počitelj and Kravice waterfalls.

Only two showers and toilets.
