Le personnel était accueillant. Le riad est également le lieu de vie de la famille donc typique. L’emplacement est bien, le riad est collé à la kasbah de Glaoui. Un parking privé est disponible sur place. L’extérieur verdoyant, avec les tortues, est agréable. Le repas sur réservation est bon.

Le WC était très sale. L’hygiène de la salle d’eau est inexistante. Ce point ne doit pas être négligé, il faut remédier impérativement à ce problème.

For people making a road trip through Morocco this is the right place for an overnight stay south of the Altas mountains. The property is extraordinary with a medieval kashba connected to the square-shaped hotel with inside-garden. The service by a super-nice team/family is excellent, serving the best tajine we have tasted during our trip and in for an interesting conversation.

We had an exceptional home cooked lamb tajine for dinner followed by unique saffron ice cream with olive oil. The desert was delicious. The portions were generous and they even offered us more meat if we had wanted to. It was the best meal we had during our two weeks stay in Morocco. The location suited us perfectly as it was off the main road but on the way to Ouarzazate. Our hosts, two brothers Said and Omar were very friendly and so welcoming. No airs nor pretentions. The guest house was next to an old kasbah previously owned by their family. The room was simple but comfortable. We were the only guests on that particular day so it was very calm. It was truly a pleasant stay for us.

What an experience ! To stay in a huge kasba and being recived as a family member. Dinner was a gastronomic experience, and service were excellent. We stay here for a night while in our road trip ! Couldn't ask for better in the Safran area ;).
