Небольшая удалённость от хороших пляжей не проблема при наличии скутера.

This hotel is run by a sweet, helpful couple. My room was perfect — private kitchen (with microwave, fridge, kettle), front porch (with small fan), free room cleaning everyday, smart TV, workspace, strong WiFi, hand soap, free 1 litre water everyday. They also offer bike rentals. The bikes are in good condition. Mine came with the tank full and they didn’t even charge me for that. They also dropped me off at the pier for no charge. The hotel is near the beaches and some great restaurants/cafes. 7/11 is also very close. Supermarkets like Supercheap are 15 mins away by bike. The area is quiet and pleasant.

Great, clean hut in a calm area. Good air conditioning and no bugs inside the hut. Loved the little outside kitchen where you could make your own breakfast. Good wifi. The owners were super friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarket. Very good and authentic food places nearby. Would definitely recommend this place!

Stray dogs around the area but they were mostly calm, just curious of travellers.

I was looking for a simple place to just spend a few weeks by myself and work on an online project around having some time out. This was the perfect place. I chose Bang Po Hut after reading a lot of the reviews online and found it to be exactly what I was looking for; quiet, clean, affordable, great wifi, away from the main tourist circuit of Koh Samui and within walking distance to a really beautiful beach. The shops and beach are an easy 10 minute stroll away (good to get in your daily exercise) and once there you have plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from. Wannagram is the best coffee I have come across in Thailand. There is also a really great family owned Thai restaurant next to the 7/11 which is where I ate at most days. It's really inexpensive, clean, fresh and traditional. There are countless more international restaurants to explore as you walk along the beachfront and plenty of places for great Thai massage. The owners are super lovely and I felt so welcomed and well looked after for the duration of my stay. They offered to bring me fresh eggs everyday from their chickens and were always helpful and generous in all our interactions (even dropping me to the airport). After all the changes I've seen in Thailand over the last 20 years, it was really nice to encounter the kind of hospitality Thailand was once known for. I will definitely go back again :)

Very comfortable bungalows tucked away in cute garden away from the busy roads. Great kitchen / dining area outside to conveniently lounge. Room is fully equipped with great bedding, AC, smart TV.

I've given a 10 once or twice before, but this place is truly special. We booked for one week, stayed for two. The bungalows are beautiful, very clean and have an equipped kitchen. The best of this place however are the hosts. Every morning we got fresh eggs and every now and then some bananas and mangos. The night before we left we even got a fish from the BBQ (which was absolutely amazing!). When we left we went to Mae Nam (the next town). Since it's a 15 minute drive they figured they might as well drop us off (sweetest thing ever!). The place roasts it's own coffee beans and I would definitely recommend drinking your morning coffee there, it's great. It's a 10 minute walk to the main road (two minutes on motorbike), where there's a 7-11 and some nice restaurants. It's a quieter part of Samui, which we absolutely loved. It's possible to rent motorbikes from the accommodation to get around the island though.

You're in a jungle like environment. This means beautiful sounds at night, but you might also find all kinds of crawlers in your bungalow. The hosts do everything in their power to keep that to a minimum, but you're in nature :).

from the moment you arrive, you’re transported to a special place. The team are outstanding- incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. every facility is catered for: complimentary eggs for breakfast, though you do have a full outdoor kitchen should you want to whip up something else/other meals. there’s a coffee shop on site and you’re 10mins walk from the 7-11 and beachfront restaurants. You can even get your laundry done and hire a scooter. Its in a quieter, less ‘touristy’ location, but we loved that fact. a real chance to experience being in the middle of the jungle, whilst still being close to amenities and enjoying your creature comforts.

This is a little hidden gem in Koh Samui. The location was perfect. It is slightly off the main road so it is quiet. You are surrounded by just a lovely garden and wake up to all the jungle noises. It’s a short 5-10 min walk down to the main road where you have direct access to the beach, 7-11, pharmacy, and great restaurants. This area of Samui is a little quieter which personally I loved. But you can rent a scooter from Tang and Con and hop over to Nathan’s Pier (beaches and market and shops and foods) which takes about 5-10 min. Or ride over to Fishermans Village and Big Buddha in about 25-30 min. Or even drive the entire main road in a full circle around the island in about 2 hours. I can’t say enough about this place. Tang and Con (owners) are just fabulous. They are beyond kind and sweet and will make you feel at home. They really go above and beyond. Con makes a great coffee in the morning. He roasts the coffee beans himself. They have their own pigs and will give you fresh eggs from their chickens if you cook your own breakfast. Bananas from their banana tree as well. The room itself is the perfect little size. It has everything you need- nice big bed, fridge, hot shower, lock box, and the outdoor kitchenette is amazing. Cleaning service if you so choose every morning. 110% I will be back! I miss this place and Tang + Con already!

The wifi could’ve been better, but it still worked just fine for my needs. If I had to do a video work call I wouldn’t have been able to pull it off. But otherwise it was fine.

If you want to enjoy the perfect and peaceful vacation - this will be the place! Excellent owners, lovely rooms and a fully equipped kitchen! You feel very welcome here, everybody is so kind and friendly! Exceptional value!

We loved the location of the property as it is of the beaten track, in the forest and beautifully quiet. The lady on the reception was absolutely lovely and brought us bananas from the garden after our arrival. She was very helpful, organised a taxi for us when we left and tried to help us where she could. A very pleasant experience all around.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit to noisy and if you have a light sleep it can be disturbing.

the location and the bungalow was perfect. it’s a bit more in the north of the island but for us was perfect because we want to have it a bit quit . the bungalow was really clean and the laundry service perfect . the girl on the reception was all the time more than friendly. anytime again .

Bang Po Hut is a great little place to stay - its off the beaten track of Chaweng and the hustle and bustle of Samui in a LOVELY part of the island, much quieter and less 2 for 1 buckets and more excellent cocktails and coffee options. The accomodation itself is lovely, on a farm with adorable little piglets running around! The host is VERY helpful, and the rooms were really big and amazing value for money (again bonus for the little piglets that come up to your door). Definitely would stay again and would recommend to anyone! Recommend 4 Monkeys for cocktails, and Cherish for a surprisingly good curry.

perfection really doesn’t exist so don’t look for it. it’s off the beaten track a little but really a lovely stay with lovely garden and people. the rooms are nice and comfortable and have no complaints. even had a kitchen outside my room… if this was on the beach, I’d have stayed here for a month.

The garden is amazing, looks beautiful and the little hut is very nice. Small kitchen outside is useful. The staff is super friendly and pays attention to everything. You can rent a scooter as well. We would choose Bang Po Hut again.

The fridge was a bit noisy, and the bed for me a bit soft. But these are just minor things. Otherwise great place to stay!
