Near to Elliott Beach. Lot of good restaurants nearby.

The keeper was friendly. They gave us room despite being surprised that it got booked.

There were red ants on the bed. The linen was extremely dirty. There were lot of mosquitos. The fan only ran on one speed, so we had to suffer it for keeping mosquitos away. The room was tiny, there was the bed and that's it. It felt claustrophobic.

Not value for money.

Upgraded my booking and stayed in their Executive room, which was slightly bigger and had newer fixtures. As I was staying for over a week, they gave me a table to use my laptop on at no extra charge. So, my stay was comfortable.

The bathroom vent had no mosquito mesh and wasn't closable either. So, using the bathroom at night would invite mosquito bites, and mosquitos would stream into the room if the bathroom door were left open. Besides, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to expel steam and odours. So, if the breeze was blowing in from the vent, all this would spread through the room... Lastly, my room, 104, was close to the reception, and had poor sound-proofing... Voices of reception clerk & visitors would disturb late at night and early in the morning... So, a mosquito mesh on bath vent and an exhaust fan are essential to make the room good, and a better sound proofing of main door would make it really great !!

Good for a longtime staying. Nearest to my place, cost effective, managers and service boys are co-operative, home stay type, clean, getting all necessary things nearer this place. No interruption. Happy staying.

The oldest lift, AC and TV is old. AC created much sound at night disturbing sleep at night.

Only deluxe room is good...standard room is worst I switched to standard room to deluxe room kindly renovate the standard room its stinks but over all staffs are good
