Breakfast was what I expected
We did find that the shower was extremely slippery and we nearly fell over

This was my second stay and the room and location were excellent, meeting the same high standards as before. Good breakfast served with a smile.
The shower had a large crack down the wall and looked a little untidy.

Warm, comfortable, clean.
Having to book breakfast and state a time for breakfast by 8:30pm the evening before. It meant more pressure on getting out of bed by a certain time. I overslept the time I stated on my order form and my cooked breakfast was given to me dried out. Obviously kept under a heater-my fault. I’d prefer to order my freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. My porridge didn’t turn up, as the person who puts the orders through, hadn’t done so the previous evening.

Great size room, really comfortable big bed. Breakfast was really good, would stay again no doubt. Even though it's a pub the accommodation is separate and really nice
A bit out of town, didn't like pre ordering breakfast. Gave form to a member of staff but wasn't expected at breakfast. Easily fixed and breakfast was delicious. Thank you. £100 for the room was a little expensive for a pub.

The room was serviced on request, it was clean and tidy and very bright roomy, the white hart pub is two minutes walk away from the accommodation and the breakfasts very tasty with lots of choice all freshly cooked and served to your table

Good breakfast, nice choice.
The curtains had come undone in the middle and therefore did not close. A simple fix. There was also an intermittent problem with the 'flush' which meant it did not shut off.
The room itself was very well appointed and in excellent condition.

Large clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. Nice breakfast. Pub area cosy welcoming feel.
Disappointing evening meal, food described on menu did not match what was served, also main meal took almost an hour to arrive after I had my starter, I was told a large party had arrived, even though pre booked, and appeared to have priority over my order. Keep the large party happy over the lone diner? I wasn't charged for my main meal.

Nice spacious room lovely & clean.
The lighting in the room & bathroom was terrible to get ready in.
Would of preferred room service rather than get your own takeout breakfast option.

Room was great (would have liked a bath, but I had called up before and no rooms have baths. - but it was clean spacious and nice decor, the bed was super comfy
I reported back, it was tiny but the TV remote needed new batteries on the second night i couldn't even turn off the tv!

Great location for Great Western Hospital. Comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, great food and parking. Room was spacious and clean. At dinner nothing was too much trouble and as a vegetarian the menu had a great choice of dishes I could choose from.

Modern, clean and close to the Motorway. Good pub for dinner.
We were given a disability room that we didn’t require and this made showering very messy with a thin shower curtain. The room was large and due to the really cold weather, snow, the heating struggled to make the room warm.
