A Nice clean apartment with a private parking. few minutes away from most of the locations in Sirmione. The host Eric and his mother are very nice and responsive.

Location, facilities

The property is great for families or a group of friends. Great location, a lot of good restaurants in walking distance and lake beach. Host is great (need to know Italian to speak with his mother who welcome us). We will defiantly come back if we will be in the area

Parking is a little tight for big cars (we had Pegu 5008)

nice hospitallity, clean appartment, well acquiped kitchen, lovely private garden, swimming pool of the building is small but still nice after or before travelling. the private parking is right next to the gate to the appartment - very comfortable. we travelled a family with a small baby and we had a baby bed (crib) in the parents bedroom, but there was no baby chair and bath when we arrived. we asked the hosts if they can take care of that and they were kind to supply those which we used during our stay. a nice beach is near by (1.2 km) thanks for a lovely stay and we would love to visit again

there wifi was not working when we arrived but was fixed as soon as possible

What a beautiful place to stay! We were a family of six including 3 children. We have been travelling quite a lot and been to quite a few places so i can honestly say that this house was perfect! Could not fault it at all. It had everything we needed for the perfect family holiday. It's just around 10 min drive to the centre of Sirmione. Although Francesca could not speak english we didn’t find it to be a problem at all. We could easily find a way to communicate. Would highly recommend for families!!!
