Everything was very good and well cleaned and prepared. Check-in was impressive with a lot of nice information about the area. The residence is really beautiful.

Nothing! All perfect! It's easy to understand how much commitment there is on the ladies managing the residence.

The appartement was very clean and new. It is modern and arranged with taste. The Swimmingpool is pretty big and we enjoyed it a lot. You can go very easily with your bike to Sirmione. The situation is great!

Unfortunately some of the clients do not respect the closing hours of the Swimmingpool. Otherwise everything Was great!

the pool is very clean and the location it was very close to the bus station and the center of sirmione Reception shells very communicative. They guided us on what areas we could visit and if you would need to rent bicycles they provided them by bringing them to our residence. Thank you for the warm hospitality. The most beautiful place of the area

Bianca was a wonderful host! She gave a very warm welcome, and was on hand throughout our stay to assist us as needed. For example booking dinner and boat hire. The apartments are very clean and well presented. There was a lovely clean pool and the WiFi was very good.

The mattresses were a little on the firm side, but this is our only complaint.

the apartment was very spacious, beautifully designed and pleasant. the owner was very friendly and helpful. she gave us great recommendations for great restaurants in the area. we’ve stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. one room with double bed and a door to the terrace and the second room was with a nice bunk bed. The swimming pool and the yard were beautiful! you will need to walk for about 5 to 10 minutes in order to get to the Main Street or around 30 minutes to the old town. looking forward to come back to residence Bianca!

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Bianca. Rooms are big enough. Kitchen is smaller but equiped for vacation cooking.. Nice calm garden with pool just next to apartments. What I have to mentioned - the staff was great. Their recommendations helped us enjoy our vacation 110%. Among other things , they helped us with booking nice restaurants or to rent a boat... You can reach the Garda lake in 10 min by walk and enjoy the beach with shadow of trees and view to Monte Baldo. A lot of restaurants around. We have to recommend bistro La Fenice. Grocery store is close and with a very wide range of assortment.

Perhaps only, parking spaces in garages are not suitable for larger cars. But there are other parking placeses in fron of the residence. Almost a whole week when we was at Garda lake, there was a 36C during the day, :-) ...but this is not competency of Residence Bianca :-)

nice location in peaceful area, very genteel helpful and perfect English speaking host Anabella who was available for all additional information, nicely landscaped surroundings, especially garden, a lot of place for parking (they also have a garage but is more suitable for very small cars), the apartment was very clean and the kitchen good equipped. To the nearest supermarket or bakery, you need just few minutes

unfortunately a well-functioning internet is just a wish, sound insulation of sewer pipes, especially if you are in the lower apartment, is very poor and can be also annoying

The pool was a treat after a morning run.

Unless you have a small car, the garage parking is quite a challenge. But luckily there are a few outside parking spots.

You have to remove your own waste which on vacation is not great. And there are change of towels. No basics such as cooking oil, salt or sugar are provided.

We liked whole apartment, clean, nice garden, close to road with all restaurants just few minutes walk. Owner helped and booked for us vine tasting, suggested what to see at Sirmione and around the Lake. We rented bikes at Residence and took a ride to Sirmione castle, we enjoyed that. We definitely would love to stay there again and will suggest this apartment to our friends as well. 10 🌟

The garden, pool, furniture in apartment and personal.

Everything was perfect, except that they don't put the heating till 15th October and the apartment was pretty cold because we had bad weather at that time. There is a option to use the AC with warm air, but sleeping with the air conditioning machine on is not so comfortable as heating, specially because it dries the air.
