Das omah konco in Yogyakarta ist eine einfache Unterkunft die alles bietet was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem, das Zimmer gemütlich und sauber und obwohl das Bad nicht das schönste ist ist es doch sauber und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Es gibt einen schönen bepflanzten Innenhof und das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Was dies Unterkunft so besonders macht sind Tommy und das Team. Man fühlt sich sofort wie bei Freunden. Man wird mit herrvoragenden Tips für gutes Essen und Freizeitgestaltung versorgt, kann sich jederzeit zu ihnen setzen, einfach quatschen und in kürzester Zeit meint man die Jungs schon Ewigkeiten zu kennen. Einfach nur toll diese Offenheit und Herzlichkeit. Wir würden das omah konco jederzeit wieder besuchen obwohl es auch aufgrund ihrer wenigen Zimmer (4) fast immer ausgebucht ist.

Tommy the host is super friendly and helpful, he gave us many tips about places and activities to do. Overall, the property is nice, the garden and the open living area are the places that I liked the most. The room is okay for few nights.

The owner and its staffs are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Sharing all information needed and even helping in booking any event and further trips etc. The place is super clean. The only exception was the sliding door of the shower room, which keep sliding 😀 but it will be renewed ( the owner already put a plan for October 2023). Highly recommended.

Quiet place near a lot of toeristic activities and market. Hosts were very friendly and helpfull.

Bed smelt a little, but with stuff of our own we had a pleasant stay.

Our host was very nice and accomodating! He helped us organizing our stay in Yogyakarta. Perfect location, near Taman Sari and Kraton. Wonderful peaceful place to relax and enjoy the city!

Great hosts, who went above and beyond - waiting for us with a late arrival and giving many helpful tips about the area and food places to try. Good location within the central compound, which means one can easily walk to the main attractions and food areas without having to rely on taxis. The rooms are great value for the price, there is hot water in the shower and hot/cold drinking water available for all guests.

Local trip to the Borobudur and Prambanan by car was offered with affordable the host. The host gave a lot advices about the good restaurants which were useful. About 2 km away from the central station.

Location is very near to city center, and staffs could provide many convenient tips.

There is no words to describe how kind and lovely the staff and the owner are. Always ready to help for any kind of situation; to find the best food around, to plan my visits, even got me a last minute appointment for my tattoo :-D.. and the list can continue.. Omah Konco is a cosy and peaceful place to stay. My room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The hostel is close to the Sultan palace, local market, and many different places to get all kind of food! I really enjoyed my stay in Oma Konco and the people there will stay unforgettable to me! Can only strongly recommend this place!

Rooms were clean and comfy, the guesthouse had a great vibe. Very central location near all the important sightseeing spots, yet it was relaxing and quiet. Staff was super friendly. in Jogja, I stayed in three different homestays/guesthouses, this one was the best.

Oki, Tommy and Rudy are just the best people and made me feel so welcomed and I felt just like home at the stay 🤗 Super helpful with giving assistance and tips on places to explore as well. The location is great! Cheap, delicious food all around and everything you need like a mart, the traditional market and some attractions are within walking distance. The place is away from the traffic. Love the peaceful vibe. My experience was super awesome that I extended my trip for longer! 18 days in total. Omah Konco is highly recommended to everyone and I can't wait to return to this amazing place! Thank you for the lovely experience!! ❤️❤️❤️

Such a lovely place in the heart of the old city! The courtyard is lovely, the rooms comfortable and clean. The definite highlight was the staff! Special thanks to Tommy who was gave us tons of tips and info, and helped us out with everything (even with some broken iPhone drama). Remember to ask him about food tips ;)

- great staff, always helpful - clean rooms (even though they are very simple) - peaceful environment and nice common areas - the location is great to visit Yogyakarta and surroundings (Prambanan, etc) Overall, we had an amazing stay in Omah Konco and enjoyed spending 2 nights there. Wish we could have stayed longer ! We would definitely recommend this place to every backpacker around Yogya !
