No tv in the bedroom and living room tv was a bit small

The apartment was comfortable and at a good temperature.

The room had been cleaned before I got there but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. Although the key collection was straightforward, the collection box was quite far from the building. Most of the facilities were fine, but the internet speed was very slow.

Fantastic location-across the road to Banatyne gym if you wanted a spa day, 10 mins walk from escape and 12 minutes walk from shopping. Accessible lift- as I was travelling alone I felt very safe staying in these apartments.

The bed was a soft spring where I usually prefer a hard mattress. Small errors on tv instructions.

Such a lovely stay didn’t want too leave! place exactly like photos put together so nicely.

little trouble with the oven but apart from that nothing!

the broken windows - please check before you book if the apartment windows are not letting draft into the apartment. it was very cold to stay and dangerous!

Discrete

Toilet rolls was not enough two for two guests for 4 days. No heaters in the property.

Location

Cooking smells in complex, bit tired in corridors, lacked some appliance instructions, owner / operator would have been good to speak to rather than text.

Really loved the location, the apartment and the price. Enjoyed being so central and having the luxury stay.

Spacious

The bed was really uncomfortable. When laying down felt like we was sinking. Did not get a good sleep as we was travelling somewhere after wards. As we left to check out when going to the car realised I had left my phone at the apartment. I was asked if I could try and fish out the key from the lock box which to me wasn’t possible. Then got told there will be charge for out of hours call out £50 quid which I wasn’t happy about considering our stay wasn’t great because of the bed. When someone had come out for the call out there was a simple way of getting them keys which we could have been guided over the phone and not have paid the £50 charge on top of the £115 stay for few hours.

The view and the apartment itself is nice, good location.

I was given 3 different locations to pick up the key from (none of which was correct), terrible communication had to download WhatsApp to get through to them, bad instructions in how to get to the property but the worst was the 2 broken lifts (neighbours said it’s been broken for months now).

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, affordable prices, will definitely come here again!
