We've been coming to HI for years but this was our first time staying on the bay and at Rosebud- and it did not disappoint! The sunsets are incredible and we loved relaxing on the porch after a day on the beach. The house is very well thought out and the decor is both authentic and beautiful with comfortable rooms. The plunge pool and outdoor patio were great and felt really private. Alexis the house manager stopped by on arrival and was lovely. The daily housekeeper was great. There were 4 beach chairs and beach toys which were perfect. Plenty of beach/pool towels. The only thing I wish I had was a cooler to bring to the beach. The location is convenient and you can walk to the grocery store, some restaurants and wine store. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

This was our first visit to Harbor Island. Sweet island with the most lovely people. The home is beautifully designed, the furnishings were very West Indies so perfect for the island; and everyone in our party loved (!!! ) this house. Very adequate space, # of bathrooms and dining table seating. Wespecially appreciated the convenient location to town and only a quick golf cart ride to our locations. Beds were comfortable and the basic kitchen accessories. There were ample towels and other basics. We loved the porches!!

Rosebud is an amazing property with super views of the bay and a lovely porch. We had a great time!

Rosebud is absolutely PERFECT! It has everything you need to make your stay in paradise just perfect. It's in a great location, is well appointed, and the whole staff (hostess, housekeeping, property manager, groundskeepers) were so friendly, helpful, and attentive. We cannot wait to come back to Rosebud - I think we just found ourselves a.new yearly tradition!

Loveliest of homes for a true Bahamian experience!

The cottage was perfect for our group of three couples. While not large, had space for everyone to spread out between the front porch with great views of the bay or the back private courtyard with dipping pool and large table to eat. The location was perfect, rooms were nice and clean and house was well appointed. I highly recommend and everyone in our group said we would definitely rent again in the future.

We had a fantastic time at the Rosebud cottage. Conveniently located to town. A bit noisy from road traffic but to be expected in this location. Pool was fabulous. Everything we needed, we had!

This house was truly a Bahamian charming home situated on the most picturesque street in Dunmore. We spent most of our time on the front porch enjoying the gorgeous bay view and saying hello to all the locals driving by in their golf carts. The home is beautifully decorated and cozy. We have been traveling to Harbour Island for over 10 years and it is our favorite place, but first time renting a home and now we will continue to do so. This visit was to plan for our daughters wedding on the island this year and it turned out wonderful by staying at Rosebud.

Our group of 6 adults loved this property! The front porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee. We look forward to returning soon!

What a great property in an amazing location. Few minor issues we had -- water pressure one day -- was resolved immediately despite it being a holiday. Pool is not huge, but proved more than adequate for the kids. Location can't be beat and numerous people were jealous we were staying at Rosebud. Communication with owner and house manager was outstanding. Would come back again an highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rosebud. Excellent in-town location. Highlight was sitting on the front porch for sunset cocktails. We look forward to returning.

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosebud. Rosebud is a wonderful house. Very charming and cozy. The location is great. Right on the water and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We’ve been to Harbour Island several times and Rosebud is a place I would definitely look to stay again!

Rosebud is an adorable cottage. The location on the Harbor is serene and relaxing...the front porch is a plus! House management was responsive to our needs and daily housekeeping made our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely rent this property again!

Rosebud is such a beautiful property on the lovely Harbour Island! Alexis, the property manager was very responsive and helpful, as was the owner. I’ve been in several rental houses on the island and this is one of my absolute favorites. The front porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the harbor, the back patio is a peaceful oasis to sit and hang or have an outside meal. The inside is beautifully decorated and the master bedroom has such a great view overlooking the harbor. Definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!
