Our stay was excellent. Stefano and Francesco are excellent hosts and made us feel very at home (and also our kids). Little details made a real difference, like smelling the cake baking for breakfast , having a home made breakfast each morning, the decoration and talking to the hosts at breakfast and in the evenings. We had such a good time there that we stayed an extra day and the kids didn’t want to leave.

The owner of the property met us outside when we had difficulty with parking and helped us find a free parking spot. The location is incredible, 10 steps away from the main street of Noto that has all the main attractions. As we walked in, we immediately knew that we would love our stay: Stefani was super friendly and the house smelled delicious of the cake Stefan was baking for the next morning. He upgraded us to a larger room because it was available and make lots of useful recommendations including a place for dinner. We had the best food at Cocciu d’Amuri Ristorante during our 10 day Sicily trip!

Breakfast beyond expectations: home made almond cake, orange pudding, home made butter biscuits, excellent coffee & cappuccino. Option: terrace for drinks with a lovely view. Francesco, the owner, is very kind and friendly, gave many tips on places to go and restaurants to try.

We loved our stay at Zioli - tastefully furnished to a high standard, a great location, run by fantastic hosts. We also dined in the host's recently opened restaurant, just a stone's throw from the B & B. It was a great choice - impressive food, lovely ambiance & first class service. And very reasonably priced! Thanks for everything!

Zioli is a great family run place. The owners are really welcoming and helpful, doing their best to make you feel at home. The rooftop terrasse has wonderful views. Homemade breakfast was plenty and tasty. Location is perfect, right at the main gate of the old town. We recommend!

beautiful terrace overlooking the city with fantastic Sicilian breakfast being served there. extremely kind staff and cozy rooms. Central location in the middle of the old town, beautiful Baroque gem Noto!

The homemade breakfast was really great, healthy and tasty ! We enjoyed having a nice conversation with our host Francesco who gave us plenty advices for our trip in the neighborhood.

The location, room and the (all homemade) breakfast were amazing. The brothers that run the B&B are super friendly and gave us a couple of great tips on where to eat and where to go in and around Noto. We will be back four-sure!

I came across this place by pure coincidence as I had to make an unplanned stop in between Ragusa and Siracusa. What a nice surprise! A nice, cozy environment, tastefully furnished, with nice, clean, charming rooms at a walking distance to central Noto with all the monuments and restaurants. The brothers running this place are fantastic, they made me feel at home. They provided plenty of information and idea on what to do and where to eat and they fixed a lovely breakfast pulling out different local delicacies while we were talking in the breakfast room. This property also offers a fantastic roof-top terrace overlooking the area all the way down to the sea. Here you can relax and enjoy life!

Absolutely lovely, warm, hospitable owners, and my favorite room of the trip. The property has been renovated with charm, with a lovely roof terrace -- and breakfast was exceptional (all homemade cakes and treats). Would stay here again without hesitation.
