The location was great and there was a free parking area nearby the hotel
The room and the bathroom were much smaller than we expected with no place even for the towels in the bathroom. We were not able to use the air conditioning because it had a very bad smell when it was on. The bathroom door was not working properly, you could get stuck in there if someone was not in the room to open from exterior. The breakfast was not great, poor in choice.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room with plenty of room. Our host was lovely and provided us with great suggestions of what to see and do.

The room was nice and clean, excellent location. Breakfast was delicious and we had many options to choose from. We were warm greeted and atmosphere was overall great.
The bed was too soft but this is more like a personal preference. We left once the Do not disturb sign on the door to avoid room cleaning, but ot was ignored. It would be nice if we had two glasses instead of plastic cups.

The owner Francesca was wonderful. She was very helpful with parking location, restaurant recommendations. Francesca was on site each morning with an amazing breakfast of freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit etc.
The room was very nice, well maintained and very clean.
Francesca takes pride in her establishment and it shows!

Excellent location in the historical center. Newly renovated and well decorated. Francesca was very helpful and kind. Top quality service!
No lift but it was ok because it was a short flight of stairs and Francesca helped to carry the luggage.

It’s incredibly central and run by the lovely Francesca, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. Good variety for breakfast too.

The location of the B&B was excellent, about 2 minutes walk away from the main street in Noto and all the main attractions. The sunset in the evening was especially beautiful as the light showed the beauty of the lovely baroque buildings and churches.
The breakfast was a good spread of items, coffee and juices. As I was gluten-free, they kindly brought me a gluten-free pastry from a bakery outside.
Francesca was a lovely and thoughtful host and made sure we were cared for during our 2 night stay. The room was very large, ultra-modern and clean.

Francesca was an excellent host - very resourceful and helpful at every level. The location is a 7 min walk from the historic center. The room was huge, clean and comfortable - it’s a newly renovated place. Most importantly is that the wifi works 😊

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Vicere Speciale !
Everything was comfortable and perfectly neat.
The location, immediately close to the historic city centre and its modern furniture is a big plus.
Breakfasts are delicious and gigantic.
Francesca is a great host, very careful, receptive and kind.
We absolutely do recommend this place for a great holiday in Noto.

Central location 1 min walk to cathedral. BB very clean and nicely furnished. Confortable bed. Parking possible on adjacent streets. Due to CoVid breakfast taken in front of neighbouring café, good choice of pastries. Only €5 allowance per person included in room rate.
