This is a nice hotel with good facilities, clean rooms, helpful staff and close to the airport. We stayed in November. When we went to our room everything was fine except the room was very warm (27C). Turning on the air conditioning didn’t help and we were told that the hotel doesn’t run the room air conditioning during winter. The only option was to open the windows, which did cool the room down at the expense of having to put up with the street noise and pollution.

The location of the property is perfect and the city is also very clean and well laid out. The staff at the reception, Ms.Salma was very patient in letting us know about the things to do. The room that we stayed was very nice and colourful! The staff were all very helpful and could convesre in English. The Kayseri castle is just down the road and it is a very pleasant walk along the tramline. The city square opp. to the castle is a very happening place and gives a character to the City. We wished we could have stayed here and done Capadocya but may not be suitable for the early morning (4.30am) balloon safari. Otherwise, very near to Capadocya and a good, reasonably priced hotel.

There is not much on the menu for vegetarians! At least, some items should be made availablle on request and we suffered a lot! Also, nearby, there are no great places to eat.

We went to this hotel with my family and had communicating rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice view of the mountain.

However the food at the veranda restaurant left me and my son sick with food poisoning, we had high fever, stomachache and threw up all night, i don't recommend eating there to anyone. Plus, at first they were going to serve us all the same food without letting us any choice and without even knowing what it is, i've never seen in my life a hotel serving the same dinner to everyone without even telling the clients what they're going to put in their mouth !! And the man in charge of the restaurant was not friendly either by theway, all this to finally eat old meat and fish that made us sick. The staff wasn't very friendly either and seemed bothered by us except for one lady that spoke good english at the counter that did her best to help us. All in all, the hotel is not bad but don't eat there unless you want to spend a very bad week afterwards havind diarrhea and vomiting and i hope the staff improves their relationship with clients because that ain't it.

Friendly service at the lobby. Nice and spacious room with a good size bathroom. Beautifully decorated.

Our room was not on the list for breakfast for some reason even though we had it booked and paid. Breakfast staff was awkward with their service.

Helped with parking, have a nice restaurant a la carte, and roof terrace for breakfast. Surprisingly fresh orange juice is available :) Have photos with little daughter :)

The middle of the night room service was super friendly, very reactive and the food was very tasty. The entire staff was professional and reactive. We arrived late and left early and still managed to have a full hotel experience.

Not many smiles from the front-desk staff -- maybe cultural. Asked for help booking a taxi but the price proposed was absurd - I ended up booking one myself for 20% of the price proposed by the hotel.

brand new or totally refurbished. Spacious rooms. excellent beds ( as always with IHG). very friendly staff. Very rich breakfast with stunning view on the mountain. IHG is a guarantee !!!
