central location' walking distance to the town. The 2 bed town house was clean and tidy.

The property would have benefited from a basic information booklet. We had no idea what to do with the recycling/rubbish and it had different collection days. No set of spare bed linen was left. no information regarding nearest super market, local doctors number, nearest hospital. A quick 'hello' on our 1st day would have been appreciated.

Great location, very close to the centre. Plenty of on street parking nearby. The property was clean and tidy.

We stayed with our very mobile 11month old and had a lovely week. Pollença is a charming town and so near to the beach and lots of nice walks. Although the the house was nice, it wasn’t child friendly - lots of tiled stairs and steps, glass table and coffee tops etc. Also we found that the beds were not very comfortable - the master bed was ok but very soft, the twins were very hard. The sun roof terrace was nice but the furniture was very rickety. Also the photos showed a gas bbq but there was only a little electric grill, which was a bit of a disappointment. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but could do with some pans that don’t wobble on the induction hob! The property was lacking in basics like hand soap or any basic cooking items like salt/pepper/sugar. Also of note is that there is now an ecotax payable for every stay, which ended up being an extra €30 payable on arrival in the property.

Authentic property which was charming and would be very cool in the warm months. However, this was not our experience due to the very cold weather.

Unfortunately, Mallorca was experiencing an incredibly cold snap of weather, very unusual for this time of the year. The property was exceptionally cold, a small radiator had been placed in the kitchen/ sitting area to heat it which was very inadequate. Each room from one floor to the next was very chilly, particularly the bedrooms. The front bedroom, in particular was freezing. We never sat at the top due to the extreme wind & the wind chill factor. No one came to ask if we were fine or needed anything although we believe the owner lived next door. As a result, we decided to leave early and book into a warm hotel. It was a pity really but you felt chilled to the bone. The towels/ tea cloths/ bedding are rather tired & could do with an upgrade. Also in Covid times would have expected sanitiser to greet you in the house.

We wanted a place where we could stay for several weeks as a base for cycling. The location was perfect, less than a kilometre walk to the main square and all the restaurants but right in the edge of the old town so you were on safe cycling roads within 300 metres. There was a beautifully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and second toilet. Everything was spotlessly clean with fresh towels every couple of days. There was a lovely terrace on the roof with views all the way to Port Pollença. This area also had a washing machine and drying area, really important for a longer stay. There was ample free parking at the bottom of the street, just over the Pont Romà. The owners were extremely helpful.

The living room sofa was not very comfortable.
