Nice property, spacious rooms & garden areas. Had a nice view of the Bhimtal town.

General lack of cleanliness, garbage all around from stairs to pool & lobby. Not a pleasant experience at pool, hoards of guests in small pool with no shower or washroom arrangements. Guests occupying pool with hookahs & beer bottles around. Terrace area in evening was a nice pleasant spot only to be spoiled by loud abnoxious music played on music system with some random projector display. Facilities like TT table & carrom etc were broken or of no use at all. We were served water in used bottles and one morning the water served during breakfast was cloudy prominently replaced by a bottle of mineral water for a charge ofcourse. I was there with my family and overall not a very pleasant experience. Poor management & substandard food served. Highly priced stay because of tourist season, but had little choice. Will avoid to be here in future.
