The hotel room is clean and Comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean, I am really like the shower, high pleasure of water, body shampoo is provided and is really smells good. Love it so much.❤️❤️ The location is really good, close to the main attractions. For those who drive car, no worry about the parking. There is big parking area at the back of the hotel area for you to park your car. The Breakfast is good, a lot of choice 😋. Really enjoy it.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything - for shopping/ sight-seeing/ tourist spots.

The rooms are furnished shockingly simple. There is not even a simple work desk for a business traveller in the Superior Room. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Very limited toiletries with a small bar of soap and body wash dispenser in the shower. No shampoo or body lotion! Parking outside the building in the rain. I wonder what's so superior about the Superior Room. Lots of hidden charges printed with the finest print to deceive the potential customers. 10% Property Service Charge on top, I wonder what this was for? There are many properties around which offer a greater comfort for les or equivalent price.

It's a nice place to stay for a short trip location. Good breakfast good services but just the door of our room can't close it properly other than that is okay.

Nice hotel

the location is in middle of town, easy to reach the attractions places, parking free and easy, breakfast have plenty of choices and also good, just so many people during our stay so have to queue a bit for table. the bed was comfy and clean. swimming pool good for kids.

check in process a bit takes time as the staff look tired.

The hotel was well located to the old city sights and Jonkers walk. Staff were efficient and helpful. The rooms, though only small were clean and comfortable. The hotel was busy with conventions during our stay.

Not many restaurants located close by. Nice bars on the river.
