The location and price is great! Simple safe and clean. Also the hostel has lots of character. We stayed in the private room and it was nice

Wi-Fi did not work upstairs/password was wrong. We tried with the caretaker severally and it did not work still

The location cannot be better. The place is really cute and the rooms are comfortable and pretty. Generally, a great place to stay.

It's very well located, the rooms are comfortable and fresh, the neighborhood is lively and it has many food options.

The cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff could be a little better, but overall they were ok.

The staff were amazing and helpful and didn't mind me playing music in the common area or getting back late at night. The accomodation was spacious, clean, had air con and comfortable beds. Food in the restaurant was good and great area that was 5 mins to the center and the area itself had plenty to do during the night. It was fully booked for a few days during my trip but as soon as more spaces became available i left my temporary hostel and came back

The staff seemed nice, the location good and the inside was visually appealing.

Very expensive for a hostel that didn't even have hand soap! The dormitory had an en suite bathroom but the door was super loud (waking me up several times), nothing seemed to work, the bin was overflowing and, like I said, there was no soap. The most annoying thing was that I booked this place for the 24hr checked-in, it's advertised on their website but I called to check and had it confirmed over the phone. I went ahead and booked, alerting the hostel through the app at what time I'd be there. I arrived close to 2am, but had to stand outside knocking, ringing the doorbell and the telephone for 20+ minutes before anyone answered. I was minutes away from giving up and trying to find somewhere else when the door was finally answered. All in all, this place acts like a budget hostel while charging some pretty high prices.

Great location, comfortable rooms, everything worked fine. I really enjoyed staying at this place. Thanks to the guy at the reception for his patience and kindness

The staff is really helpful and respectful. House is beautiful.

Pillows not in a good state aswell as the towels. They seemed dirty and tore. Air-conditioning no working.

Waffles were an absolute failure.

The room was quiet and very clean. The hostel is located in “Old Monterrey” which means a lot of interesting attractions all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was great whether you like the traditional Mexican style breakfast or more of an American style breakfast. Next time I stay here I will be sure to include pictures.
