All perfect

The house was super big, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The parking was super useful.

The house was a bit cold, especially during mornings.

Good location for a trip to the city center and also to have a posiblity to walk to the beach nearby. Ground level apartments have the oppurtunity to chill out in charming garden.

No natural light in the living room.

The guest was amazing helping us out with early check in. The location was perfect for my boyfriend and I, as we were backpacking and wanted Rijeka to be more of a beach/relaxing part of the holiday, and the best beach is literally 10 mins down the road. The room was lovely and cool (great AC which I couldn't say about other hotels we stayed in this trip) very happy about that. Could even use the kitchen which was very nice. Everything we read and seen about the room is literally what we got.

One night stay so we didn't need much. But the room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable, even the pillows were decent (we brought our own but didn't need to use them). The room looks out on the road side of the building, but the terrace fence gives you a sense of privacy, which is good since the room gets the afternoon sun so you have to open the door in the evening to air it out a bit. You do get some traffic noise during the night, but it's mostly just cars, so not too bad. The hosts brought us fresh picked fruit in the morning, which was a nice surprise and most welcome.

I would have liked to have a wastepaper basket somewhere in the room, not just in the bathroom, but that's just nitpicking.
