Great unit directly across the harbour/marina with views of the water. Comfortable bed, great air con and right next to the old town. Loved the recommendation for dinner - it was our favourite meal in all of Turkey

Check in / check out just needs to be arranged in advance as there is no one on site. We picked our keys up from the mini market next door. No issue though. We wish we had longer to stay in this unit

It was a very clean, tiny apart with enough space for four people. Communicating with Mustafa Bey was very smooth and supportive. We arrived much later than expected and he made sure we got our keys without any hassle. He is a real gentleman.

It is on the main road therefore was quite noisy. But for us, staying only for a night, it was not a big deal.

We loved our stay at Kordon apartment! It is in the perfect location if you’re planning to get on one of the boats in the harbour and it’s also on the front door step of the old town. Great value for money and has everything you need. Owner was great too in giving recommendations and making us feel welcomed.

a rare occasion in the region when the pictures on the booking completely match the reality. a stunning view over the marina, a sea turtle family being fed by fishermen right across the road, awesome location for tourists and as a highlight an amazing host, I assume the owner of this place. Mustafa was always around both physically and online providing any assistance required during our stay. all the little issues were sorted out literally online. besides we were given a couple of precious recommendations for the local sightseeing. The room is literally huge for this price, the design solution making some of the furniture from crates, car tires and other seemingly second-hand stuff is absolutely bang on. They also provide a kitchenette, although I can tell you only little about it as we were using only champagne flutes. The only little issue I would like to get fixed was the AC. It either has be fixed or is just not powerful enough for such a big room. We were staying at the property in the beginning of January when the temperature discrepancies might be rather big. So, it was quite chilly at nights, so if you are sensitive about that you might have to use both of the blankets provided. In a nutshell, during our stay in Fethiye next time provided the value for money is gonna be ok, we won’t have to think twice before booking with Mustafa.

We found Mustafa bey, owner of the property a real gentleman. He welcomed us well/warm and offered an upgraded flat that was just amazing. Very much of value for the money, location, cleanness, design, comfort all what you need in this flat. Just go for it.

The location is good.. fantastic view!! The details to keep things rustic is something amazing.. loved the concept and loved how clean the apartment was. We came on a backpack so we ended up doing our laundry at this location. They do have a kitchen area and the beds are comfortable too.. Mustafa is a great guy, good advice and tips given by him. We walked in late and had to collect our keys from the supermarket next to his apartment, everything was explained beforehand so it was a very smooth sail... Most important, the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the set up is in reality. It's way more comfortable than it looks in the images.. Would highly recommend this location

The toilet was as clean as it could get, just that there was a water issue with the bidet. It just kept on flowing out but if you regulate the pressure all good! Honestly, that wasn't a biggie. It didn't bother us at all

Excellent location, 3 minutes from the ferry and right at the entrance to old town. Mustafa provided excellent restaurant recommendations and route suggestion for our road-trip. Comfortable bed.

- No cleaning service was provided throughout our 6-night stay. Cleaning should be done at least every 3 days. - Wifi is not good. Host tried to resolve this but still, there was minimal connection. - The apartment should be listed as a 5-flight walk-up

Location and outlook.

The noise from nearby bar/club where banging music from the upper open terrace went on until 3 a.m every night! Apartment great but furnishings would benefit from deep clean and new sheets and pillowcases.
