There were 5 of us and the size was perfect. Location was very walkable.
There was only one shower and it was missing a door panel which caused water to go everywhere.
Kitchen could be better stalked. The one bedroom did not have air conditioning.

Spacious and comfortable appartment with all amenities, right in city centre. Good location with parking place and shops closeby.
It is a pity that the airco did not work in one of the sleeping rooms. That is the reason why we moved the matrass of the kids to the living room (with airco). We contacted the owner who tried to fix the problem but unfortunately the airco did not work.
Bathroom a little bit outdated with douche cabin door crashed before our stay.
A lof of noise in the living room (where the kids were sleeping) due a bar/restaurant beneath the appartment building.

Well located, very spacious! We stay at the penthouse, with two large bedrooms, and the living room has a nice view in the big balcony. (The picture shows the penthouse) It is very comfortable from the sunset till the midnight at the balcony.
The A/C at the living room is not powerful at all, really hot when we arrive, we were not able to cool down until 8pm. Lack of cleaning stuffs, the kitchen stuffs is just enough for basic needs.

The apartments are in a brilliant location. They overlook that part of the marina where many of the tourist boats are moored- so the area is full of life and interest. You are right in the heart of Fethiye with many cafes, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep.

The location was central and the view was really nice. The flat inside was clean and had amenities.
1) The entrance of the apartment was weird and smelled.
2)The staff checked us in 2 hours late.
3) The bathroom doors didn’t lock and was outdated compared to rest of apartment.
4) The air con wasn’t that strong to cool the whole flat especially considering it was on the top floor.

Very central location, the open views from the balcony, well equipped apartment.
The place was still not ready until 2.30pm on arrival and were told the housekeeper had to deep clean the place, which was not the case. Compared to other places in Fethiye,, the daily fee is quite expensive - but we knew this. Judging from the pictures the place seemed top notch. What we experienced was rather different. Stained walls and sofas, kitchen cupboard doors falling off, thick black mold in shower, a very unsightly internal shaft and smelly probably unwashed duvets. For a lower price we could have taken a villa with pool. Not saying our stay was a nightmare but for the price, we expected nothing but the best!
