We have stayed at the accommodations on 3 occasions now. The accommodation is perfect and it is situated close to amenities. The host is marvellous and the gardens surrounding the accommodation are spectacular.

Tranquil property set on well maintained acreage. Hampton style Cottage was well appointed. The property was close to neighbouring towns. Plenty of coffee shops and eateries.

Beautiful accommodation on expansive land; perfect for a short break. Very well equipped, bright, sunny & toasty warm. Highly recommend.

Very Hamptons, very Southern Highlands. Woodbury Lodge is set in parkland style gardens The accommodation was clean, comfortable, well styled and warm and cosy. We would recommend.

Woodbury lodge was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage is so nice with plenty of natural light filtering in through the french doors. The grounds were picturesque. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

This is a special property and just as represented. The extensive gardens and the visiting wildlife are a fabulous bonus. The cottage is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, with everything you need for a holiday let provided. Anne is a very pleasant and amiable host. Anne’s cottage is nestled among beautiful gardens which provide a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for your stay. The cottage itself is bright, light and thoughtfully appointed. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We really loved the additional touch of freshly picked flowers for our arrival. You will definitely need a car to get around as quite far from town centres of Bundanoon and Mossvale.

Have stayed at this property on another occasion and will revisit it due to its position in the community and the facilities and the superb garden.

What a wonderful cottage! Beautifully decorated and presented even down to the fresh flowers. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind to us but the cottage kept as warm and comfortable. Hope to return in the near future.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this fabulous property. We will certainly return!

We were blown away on arrival, by the gorgeous property - the beautiful grounds and lodge. House was so pretty, fully stocked, comfortable minimalist, and immaculate, with the added personal touch of fresh flowers in the bedrooms and lounge perfuming the air and apples in the kitchen - looked like a show home but comfy to stay in. Gardens were full of life, beautiful flowers, trees and other plants all well laid out, as well as cute bunny rabbits, woodland birds and a sweet, friendly dog (Ellie) who visited us several times a daily. Owner Anne was so lovely and lives on the property. Close to beautiful Red Cow farm in Sutton Forest. Definitely want to go back - and plan to gift a stay there for our parents. Note: best to bring gum boots/similar if raining.

A pleasant surprise that the house and its environs were even better than the ad. Large, luscious green gardens surrounding the immaculate, modern, light and airy house. We need have taken absolutely nothing with us. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and farewelled on departure, and Ellie the friendly golden lab kept us company in between. Exeter is just a short hop from a number of very pretty towns with much to offer. We certainly plan to return. Thank you Anne and Ellie.

Really lovely little house, we felt very welcome and had everything we needed. Especially lovely to have two bathrooms for two friends who were having a midweek Mini break. Short drives to Sutton Forrest, Moss Vale and Bundanoon, we wish we stayed a third night!

Delightful hideaway in the Southern Highlands. Open Plan, 2 bedroom, 2 ensuite cottage nestled in amongst a sea of daffodils, jonquils and bounding rabbits. A restorative, restful & relaxing retreat. Watching the sunset behind the trees at dusk is a must. Sitting by the fireplace is superb as darkness envelops Woodbury Cottage.

This was a lovely getaway in the Southern Highlands. It was freezing outside, but the cottage always felt cosy and warm, and it comfortably slept four adults. The Exeter Cafe/General Store is a must for coffee and breakfast. We would definitely return!

We love staying here. We love Anne (who wouldn't). Perfect location for us. It really is our home away from home at Exeter.
