We had an excellent stay in Cocoa Beach. I requested an earlier check in since we had a very early flight and the weather wasn't great the weekend we were arriving. Communication was great with the property manager, and they were able to get us in a few hours earlier than the original check in time. The condo was spacious for our family of 5 adults. We had a great ocean view and it was just a short walk to the beach. The weather wasn't the greatest during our so we didn't need to use any of the beach equipment that was provided with the condo. And the pool was not heated enough to take advantage of either. We did get to see a SpaceX satellite launch during our stay which was easily viewable right from the beach. We had everything we needed in the condo so we were able to pack light. The only thing that might need some attention is the coffee pot. It could use a thorough cleaning. We opted not to use it and picked up coffee daily from Dunkin instead. Other than that everything was clean and neat. If we ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Our confirmation didn’t have a bldg number or room number on it and we were unable to find our room until Expedia gave us the Vrbo number and they helped us find our rooms

Overall, a good experience. We had a little trouble determining which unit was ours. The paperwork could be more detailed in identifying the unit number. The location is Amazing. The unit was not very clean. There was trash behind the bed and under the bed. The floors did not appear to be mopped prior to arrival.

The location was fantastic and it was nice that there were some chairs and an extra umbrella. Unfortunately when we arrived we were greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom although generally the place was clean. We were 6 people and we struggled to have enough bath towels. Most of the towels were small and just not as nice as we expected and it was good that we brought our own beach towels as there were just a few. We had to buy hand soap since there was none in one bathroom and extra trash bags. While we the size for us was perfect and we loved the location we felt some of the “comfort” items could have been better. Also it was a little confusing as to what building and unit we were in and the arrival instructions weren’t very descriptive. We figured it out ok. Overall we had a great time using the pool and beach access.

We brought our daughter and grand children. The Spanish Main grounds are very well maintained. We had a problem with internet but the manager advised me that they got it fixed. Even with the sea weed that has been coming in from the Atlantic the beach was very nice. This is an ideal area if you want to watch the rocket launch at Cape Canaveral. Property was located in nice condo community. Respectful neighbors. Condo was well stocked to make our stay effortless. What I appreciated the most, Full kitchen with all the needs to make our meals effortless and a large closet full of pool/beach toys/chairs and shade. Wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. If available I would definitely make this my place to stay for our trips to Cocoa Beach. 5 stars, thanks for making our weekend great!!!

This condo was a very roomy spot for my family and I. You could see the beach from your balcony and walk straight to the ocean. We had the most perfect beach day. We were so happy to see there was a closet with beach chairs and umbrellas. That came in super handy since we flew in. The only negative was that we never had a parking pass. Luckly we didn't get in trouble by anyone, but we was afraid our rental was going to get towed. It stated that there should be a parking pass inside the room but there was not and it was hard getting ahold of someone to figure out what we needed to do. Thankfully we just rolled with it and it all worked out great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The property was awesome with so much room! The location was so ideal! Not as close to the Pierre as we thought but not terrible. We will stay again!!

This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable with easy access to beach and downtown cocoa beach. Within walking distance to downtown cocoa beach. Extra parking in grass for guests visiting for the day. Highly recommend.

What I did not like was keyless entry that uses a key which trick to use getting in was not easy. No internet…Trash under beds and other areas but most of all was the infestations of German cockroaches found next morning in kitchen and bathrooms…. Never again at this place…we should get some sort of return on money we paid..

Great place to stay for a beach vacation. We will be back!

Our stay was very nice. So close to the beach. We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time there in the evenings. Great to have a washer and dryer in the condo to keep towels washed.

Loved the location---was able to see the beach from the balcony and listen to the waves. Having the beach just a short walk away was wonderful. The size of the property was wonderful for six people, we managed to cook quite a few meals, and washed lots of towels. Having the sand toys was a blessing, as was the chairs and umbrella. We left a couple of surf boards that we purchased for the next occupants. While the property was clean, it would have been helpful to have had extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent available as an amenity, and some swiffer pads to go with the swiffer. As it was, my daughter who lives in St Petersburg, came up for the day , and brought trash bags and dishwasher detergent. We bought a small bag of laundry detergent, and that was fine. We also bought paper towels and toilet paper, as there were no paper towels, and not enough toilet paper for 6 people for a week. If I had known that some items were needed, I could have brought them with me from home. There is a little maintenance that needs to be done on the caulking in both bathrooms but otherwise, the property was in good shape. I would definitely come back and rent this property again.

This property needs updating ASAP. The kitchen floor and carpet were so dirty. Black mold in our shower. I thought the washing machine was going to breakdown because of the loud noise. The beach chairs looked liked they were going to break so we couldn't use them. Positive note:The unit was in a great location
