Very close to the airport. The free shuttle was excellent. Breakfast was adequate

Close to the airport and the shuttle to the hotel was very efficient . The rooms were huge.
The bed lining felt very uncomfortable with a lot of stains and holes from the mould. In general, the place was not pesticide treated and the bed was covered with bugs including a huge cockroach in kids bed! The air conditioner remote control had no batteries or was not working so it was freezing when turned on and when turned off the mosquitos came on the attack . There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no soap or basic shampoo or bathing utilities. We came in the middle of the night so it was important for us to get some sleep as fast as possible but instead it had the worst night and we had no sleep at all. The breakfast was poor and they didn’t ask what kind of eggs we liked so all , including the kids, were served with hot chilli.

The place was wonderful and the staff were wonderful .. The place is very close to the airport and they delivered me to the airport for free two hours before the flight time. There is a receptionist called manoj lump, he was really at a high level of professionalism, friendly, helpful and smart.. I was pleased to stay with them, and the Wi-Fi is strong and fast, unlike most of the guest houses in the area. I highly recommend the place, whether it is your first day in Sri Lanka or the last day before leaving and returning to your country.

Great location, 10 minutes from the airport and free pick up to airport was nice. Very friendly and caring staff. Comfortable bed. Immersion in the atmosphere of an antique shop. Unique experience! ❤️ I was with my pet! And we really liked everything!)

Location was good as only 10 mins to airport and you get the transfer included in the room fee. The hotel was full of amazing antiques and the room was large we were shocked at the 4 poster bed it felt very regal.
The bed sheets had not been changed you could tell that they had been slept in previously, this made me feel uncomfortable so I slept on the towel we checked in late 10pm so there was no one around to complain to

2 hour electricity outage in the evening, but this is problem of the whole area as local administration is deliberately switching off the power in order to safe diesel ( local powerplant is diesel based). there is a shortage of diesel in whole Sri Lanka at the moment . you can see huge lines on every gasstation. also there is a shortage of foreing currency.. i suggest to bring USD or EUR in cash… on black market you get up to 235 / 265 rupii pre USD / EUR. also government UNESCO sites such as Sigiriya or Polonaruwa, you can buy tickets only in cash USD or LKR

We checked in 8.30 PM and had to go to the airport 2 AM so a really short stay to get a shower and a couple of hours. Staff really nice. Room have really special decor, but fine.
Over A/C weird noises, but the staff would look into it.
There where only to lamps in the room, but we never found the switch to one of them. So there was really dark in the room because of the dark decor and only one functional lamp.
It is an airport hotel so you can hear the plains.

We stayed there for 3 days at Villa Ceylon.TV in the room didn't work. Connection disconnecd.
They deducted only 500/ Srilankan rupees for that. From the washroom bad small coming through gali. Breakfast for all 3 days are the same menu . They gave 4 slices of bread toasts . Omelette. Margarine . Jam . fruit juice and tea.. When we went to ordered for dinner .they don't have much choices . 5650/=
