Location is good and easily accessible with shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is no problem as the hotel has it's own private parking space. Room is clean, comfy and very quiet. For the price, it comes with ample necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is excellent as they really ensure that the room is clean and tidy. Overall, it exceeded my expectations of this hotel and with the price you are paying, this is really a good deal. I will definitely return to this hotel again when I travel to Ipoh in the future.

Room was not well maintain and differ from photo in advertising. Room with defect mirror, stain on the wall and wardrobe without door. Corridor and lift full of cigarettes smells and requested Non Smoking room however one of my room full of cigarettes' smells. They should have well maintain the room as per what they advertise in all platform.
