Everything is ok, but the thing I dislike: soundproofing

Noisy neighbors. You can hear every step in the corridor on the floor.

The overall organization of the stay was good and the location is perfect

The company should invest into some renovation in the facilites, in the foye and lift areas The floor space was full of stange staff(boxes, child bed, bottles with water) additionally the smell inside was also bad

there is a kitchen with oven, but I guess more for decoration. Because there is not one cooking pot or one pan, nothing. So cooking or just to heat up food impossible. Almost no glasses or plates etc. If people book an apartment with a kitchen, usually also to sometimes use it. So basic equipment should be available! Also a microwave should be there. Otherwise a normal hotel room would be enough. I suggested at least to have a microwave, which is also missing, but like this it’s basically only possible to heat water for tee, and for this you don’t need a kitchen. Also the apartment is really loud because of bad window isolation and heating is not working so good, despite mini extra heating to plug in it was still cold at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful with changing to another apartment after we had an issue with the first one we booked. The location is also good.

The original apartment we booked looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It’s very old and was not clean when we arrived. The second apartment was nicer and much more modern. However, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom and the tap was a bit broken and leaking.

Great location, the room was on a quiet side of the building. No issues with hot water or heating

The old and dated apartment (ie mould in the bathroom painted over, ikea bed that needs replacement). Looked much better in photos

The location was good and right opposite Gulliver Mall with a 24 hours supermarket. Room is clean and meet expectations. Booked specially for the spa tub which is very nice during winter time.

It would be great if water is supplied daily to the room and also cleaning every two days for longer stay.
