Fabulous spacious loft apartment (note, no terrace) with every amenity available - the washing machine is a bonus! Perfect location in the old town with magnificent views of both the mountain and the sea. An abundance of restaurants, shops and the fruit, cheese market within steps. Hearing the church bells is uplifting and really provides an authentic experience. Be sure to contact Dave via text prior to organise entry and obtain exact location information as the address can be tricky.

the anounce is a tourist trap : they describe as a loft with a terrasse, also the pics show this nice terrasse and when you arrive it s a small studio with a small window very low ceiling and the pics AND the rating are from an other appartment of the owner, never pay the price that is asking..... i don t know how booking let presenting this way and they are responsable too !!!

Lovely, clean and bright apartment with wonderful view on Boka bay. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town of Kotor. We enjoyed it so much.

It was a bit noisy because of the club nearby. There is a parking nearby, it's not expensive, but there aren't many parking places.

This property is located in the middle of Kotor old town from where you can see mountains as the back view and lake as the from view, near to other sites like Perast and Budva so on.. highly recommended!!

Location and view from the terrace is excellent. Apartment is equipped with full kitchen. Ideal for 6 persons or 8 if you reserve another room in the attic. I am strongly recommend this apartment and we will come back. Raisa and David are great hosts.

Apartment is on the second floor, and there are a lot of stairs, even when you entering in the apartment. So, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems, or if you have small babies and you have to carry them and stoller.

it is close to all the touristic attractions and restaurants

A beautiful room just like the one pictured! You can look out the window and see the bay and cruise ships outside, and lie in bed and watch the stars! The good kitchen facilities meant that breakfast could be made. Probably the only downside is that the amount of hot water is a bit small and would not be enough if you had to shower several people in a row.

location is good, but don’t be suckered in by the 1 image, that’s the apartment below the attic, both very nice tho.

VERY loud club below as well as a crap guitarist/singer at a restaurant nearby, not sure which was worse.

central location

there are two apartments at the property and the photos are not clear about which is which . i booked expecting the one with the balcony , as per photos so we disappointed when it turned out that my loft apartment only had a window. The listing mentions it being noisy due to its central location, the reality is that there is a night club next door which blasts out heavy bass until 2 in the morning. impossible to find as 322 is inside a door with no number and no name plate to identify it causing much frustration and time wasted trying to locate it. Better directions required.

Fantastic, spacious terrace with unbeatable views - wonderful. Inside, the apartment had everything we could ask for.

AC was less than effective in the bedrooms.

We were there for the second time this year, great accommodation. We love it !

The location is excellent, in the very centre of the old town. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment has a very large and nice balcony, which is its biggest advantage.

WiFi was not working, which was annoying. However, our host gave us a phone card so we could access WiFi that way. Due to the central location, it can be noisy in the evenings, but you take that as part of the experience.

As a genius traveller i had a discounted price. However , when i arrived , because of the discounted price , they said its too cheap and they gave me the upper apartment not the one with the terrace that is advertised in the announcement. So i basically did not get what i paid for. The host did not speak any english so for 1 night i did not make a big deal out of it but it was very unfair towards a genius traveler that has discount to give the other smaller apartment because they are not happy with the price. Very bad experience

great location, great hosts. it was right in old town, so fantastic for dinners, getting around, entertainment. great to do the walks up to the fort and san giovanni. parking was available outside old town. great view of the port and activities.

unfortunatly we had one day with a lot og cruise ships come in. but that is not the problem of the property, but rather the city and its location.

Central location

Poor communication from host. Inadequate directions to pick up keys. It wasn't communicated that we needed a code for the front door so got locked out for an hour and had to be let in by a neighbour.

The apartment is really nice. It is well furnished, very comfortable and has many useful facilities. Located in the very heart of the old town with a huge balcony/terrace overlooking the bay. It is a real gem in Kotor.

Well situated, excellent amenities, spacious apartment, wonderful helpful hosts.
