Have lived in the same place before, and for us it is an absolutely perfect location, clean nice rooms and a brilliant private balcony. Exactly what we were looking for! Incredibly friendly staff.

Green house is composed of 2 buildings. The old house rooms are not very nice (noisy with kitchen behind, old room so look never clean, bathroom full of mosquito) but luckily, after one night Javeed put me in another room close from the newest house. So overall ok stay for a very basic room and accomodation, food is very good if order while staying, massage are basics but good for the price. Internet is great. Javeed is very nice and very helpful making the place feeling better.

The weird thing is that some employees live in the new house so you can't really access the house in the evening and at night, and you feel like you are disturbing them, quite weird feeling. No blanket. Beware the rooms in pictures are the ones from the new building when you will potentially end up in the old building as employees are staying in the new one.

The staff where great, the room had a massive balcony and it was in a good position to get to bars, restaurants and the beach

It was a little worn around the edges and the mattress where rock hard. There was no key for the safe in the room!

We got a nice room with balcony (which i would really recommend) and it was quite comfortable. The hotel is close to the cliff and you find everything you need in the surroundings. Bathroom is clean and good, and there are towels provided. They just finished repainting all the rooms so they look extra fresh.

The rooms with balcony are good- it's possible to ventilate. It does get a bit hot in Varkala in October (also very humid) so since there is no AC, it's good that it's possible to keep door and windows open on opposite sides. Bathroom is spacious. Room is a little cramped, but clean. Balcony is lovely. It's nice that they have a water dispenser available. Helping reduce plastic waste is very nice to see.

The bucket and mug in the bathroom were a bit old and broken.
