Villa Peragro is a beautiful villa with stunning views. Karolina was the most amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we saw all the best spots in Dubrovnik. I can’t recommend this property or host enough!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The host is so welcoming and helpful. The room is very nice, and there are so many amenities. Upon arrival there was already some cold beer and water in the fridge. Which was great. There's a laundry room, free of charge. The pool was a bit cold, but it was the end of September. Still, very nice sun beds to relax on after a day of sightseeing. Room was very comfortable. All in all I felt very welcome and relaxed here. There's a bus stop close by that takes you to the old town. A few minimarkets and a 24/7 bakery very close by.

The only thing that could be improved was the shower. I felt the wrong shower head was attached and it wouldn't stay in place while showering. But such a small thing... I would definitely stay here again next time!

amazing property and excellent location! great views over the city, just down the road from the bus stop into old town! the apartment was perfect, spacious with a little kitchen so we had everything we needed! really comfortable beds! our host was so friendly! she gave us everything we needed and was so kind to our baby who loved her back! we would love to come and stay again in the future!

The apartments are in a perfect position in between paradise beach and the old town which allows easy access to the two main attractions in Dubrovnik. The apartments are very well furnished, beautifully clean and really comfy. they facilities there were more than we expected with a beautiful pool, an amazing little gym and a full washing space for clothes. The grounds are so well maintained and it has everything we needed. The number one selling point though is the host Karolina who couldn't have been more welcoming, informative and generous. What a special place to stay, thank you so much for making what could have been a terrible experience (one of us suffering from food poisoning with a very bouncy baby!) into a completely manageable one. Would recommend to any and everyone.

If there was room would have loved a toaster!! Only thing I can think of though...

The villa has everything you need, pool, amazing views, bbq, massive tv outside. Karolina (the owner) was so nice and welcoming. We had an evening flight and she let us stay for longer, keep our luggage in the villa as well as letting us use the facilities. She made this booking a 10/10 stay.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in. The view from the terrace/ pool is stunning. We had the pool and sunbeds to ourselves most days. Really quiet and relaxed. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. There is an onsite laundry room so we were able to come home with minimal washing and a gym available. The owner is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made it feel like we were staying at a friend's apartment.

Our specific apartment was a bit small for us (family of 3) if we booked again we would book one of the bigger apartments.

Can’t recommend this villa highly enough. It was amazing! Beautiful pool area with great views, ideal location with the bus stop into Dubrovnik a 5 min walk away. Karolina the host was so welcoming, super helpful with recommendations and just generally the friendliest lady ever. The rooms have everything you need and we felt so at home for the week! The private gym was a real bonus as well.

Villa was beautiful and immaculately presented, a real credit to the owner's who live upstairs. Karolina was the perfect hostess, kind, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her. Apartment had everything we needed for our week long stay and was finished to a very high standard. Pool area was excellent, with outdoor shower, toilet, bbq and entertainment area. Nearest restaurant, shops, bus stop and bakery are 5 minutes away. Sunset beach was about 15 minutes away. Perfect location to stay if visiting Dubrovnik.

We were a group of 6 ladies staying in 3 rooms at Villa Peragro, for 3 nights. The villa and pool are absolutely beautiful, better than the photos! We all agreed that Karolina is the best host we have come across on our travels. She could not do enough for us, and made us feel completely at home in Dubrovnik. She helped us with bookings and taxis/buses, and ensured that we were well looked after by her friends or family that we came across when out and about. We loved the pool area and the views, and were grateful for the use of the washing machine. There is also a lovely gym (although we didn't use it!). The property is very secure. We made some wonderful memories. We particularly enjoyed the Old Town area, swimming in the sea at the Cave Bar (Hotel More) and cocktails at Bar Ponat near Copacabana Beach whilst watching the sunset. We can't wait to go back...

Nothing, everything was wonderful!

Karolina was very nice and helpful. She said if you need anything just text me and she would always answer really quick. Was a perfect location, Five minutes from bus stop to get to old town and if you walked it only took 25 minutes. All the beaches were in walking distance. Very clean! Beautiful view!

Karolina is the perfect host! She makes you feel like home. Her beautiful house with a great pool is in a real quiet area, very close to the old town of Dubrovnik (app. 10 Minutes by Bus) and also very close to the sunset beach! There are 5 apartments in total, so it will never get crowded at the pool! Around the corner is a 24h bakery where we could buy drinks and bread, croissants, e.g. for the breakfast. We couldn’t imagine to find a better place in Dubrovnik than this and we will definitely come back!

Villa Peragro – Dubrovnik Villa Peragro was a great place to stay, the apartment was wonderful, and Karolina was the perfect host. The location was good as well with easy access to the main road into Dubrovnik, where you can hop on a number 4 bus which will take you directly to the city gates. There is also a nice little bar at the return bus stop, which is handy. Dubrovnik is a wonderful town, very beautiful, and amazingly clean, and you must take a walk around the city wall, and the cable car is also a must-do but if you want a meal (with a view) I think it is best to book, as there are long ques for tables. All in all, a great Villa, and a great town.
