Reviews are accurate. Worked well with 7-year-old, but not with my precocious 2-year-old. I would return with older grandchildren.

We met the owners at arrival. Very nice gentlemen. Unit was clean, very well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. Lacked nothing. Location was just the right distance from town, and a short walk to not one, but two beautiful beaches.

We were fortunate enough to be able to book this great little condo for our last summer hurrah in Ogunquit! Modern decor, clean, comfortable and awesome owners, we hope to stay again soon! A short walk to the Downtown area and local beaches, great food and desserts all around. If the unit is available, book it, you won't be disappointed!

The renovations look good and like this is a work in progress. There is only one bathroom, though listing says two. Location is great. Air conditioning units were loud and bedroom doors needed to stay open to cool the common space. Kitchen amenities are great. Shower is good. Appreciated beach towels there. Very pleased to get to check in early when cleaning was done. If you love to walk, it’s nice to park in Ogunquit and never take the car out again.

The apartment is really adorable! It was immaculately clean when we checked in and it is completely furnished to the last detail. Parking was free and easy. The owner was easily accessible. The location was ideal! There was an excellent café and bar just downstairs. (FYI, they closed by 10:00 PM and noise was never an issue.) Across the street was the Greenery Café, which serves excellent breakfast and brunch. It was an 8-minute walk to the downtown area, which was super convenient. The main beach was about 15 minutes from the apartment on foot. It really was an ideal place and I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew and Richard's property. From comfortable beds to plenty of space for cooking and eating, and being a short walk from the beach and town center, you can't beat this property.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our weekend away here! It was super convenient to everything we wanted to do while in Ogunquit. The bedrooms were spacious and the place was clean, but the kitchen was the best part. Modern and new looking appliances and fully stocked with good quality kitchen accessories!

Had a great stay here! The owners were quick to respond right from the beginning. As soon as we walked in, I could smell the linger of cleaning supplies, knowing that this unit was thoroughly disinfected by the time we walked in. Check in process was as easy as getting the keys from the lock box. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large. We could hear the cars from the road throughout our stay, but honestly not a big deal. You MUST walk to the Greenery Cafe for breakfast. Absolutely incredible.

The apartment was newly remodeled and it was nicely done. All appliances in kitchen are new and apartment is decorated in retro.The beds were a bit low but the mattress was very comfortable. The apartment carried just the basic essentials. We liked the fact there were at least 5 restaurants and an icecream shop that was a few minutes walk away. There is an outdoor restaurant attached to the apartment building that had very good food but at night it was hard to sleep when it was still open with music and people talking loudly.There were only a few minor things about the outside of the building that just needed a little cleaning up but we would stay here again.The owner was attentive and communicated with us when needed.
