I like the resort and place...

The location and staff at the reception was good.
The bed was not confortable and not clean. The bathroom garbage bin (where you need to through you wipes from your ass in) was never cleaned in 5 days, the food in the restaurant was not good. The WiFi was really bad.

Die Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen , Pool und Poolbar waren sehr gut und sauber
Restaurant war geschmacklich gut und Preis/Leistung war auch gut
Zimmer , Betten , Dusche war alles gut , Roller Verleih direkt am Hotel

Einer unserer Bungalows war direkt neben dem Restaurant / Küche dadurch schon früh morgens laute Geräusche und Stimmengewirr bzw. Rufe. Außerhalb der Anlage keine schöne Umgebung und nichts zu Fuß zu erreichen (aber Rollerverlieh ja direkt vor Ort)

Place was quite peaceful. Restaurant has local food and little expensive. People were quite friendly and were able to attend to most of our queries.
Wifi was not working for couple of days.

Reception were very accommodating allowing us to shower after canyoneering even though it was passed our check out time.

The restaurant was very nice and convenient, open from very early so it suits any day trips. The staff was also nice and helpful. We could pay by card, which is rare for this country. The facilities were amazing.
There was a washing machine in our villa available for us to use.
The location could be more convenient as we always relied on tuc tucs to move from and to the resort.
There was a roaster next to the resort singing from 3am.

Chambre sale, a notre arrivée, en moins de 2h fuite des toilettes dans la salle de bain, clé de la porte cassé qui m’ont fait payé pour la changer, inadmissible. Ne sont pas venue une seule fois en 4 jours pour faire le menage ou changer une fois les serviette. Probleme de clim booqué a 18 degrés puis apres debloquage, il y eu une fuite de la clim, de l’eau sur le sol. Le pire, c’est l’arrivée de vers de terres (2) et des fournis dans la chambre par un petit troue dans la salle de bain qu’on a bouché par du papier toilette. On a du nettoyer par nous même.
L’eau de la piscine n’etait pas tres propre a notre arrivée.

Matratzen aus Gummi, man hat geschwitzt. Umgebung mehr als schäbig, ausserhalb nur Dreck und offene Abwässer.
Restaurant etwas zu teuer für die Leistung.

It is well maintained with great facilities. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The location is a little bit far from the beach and town centre. We had to take tricycles to get to places.

Les clés des logements ressemblent à des jouets pour enfants, se tord dans tous les sens, se déforme, ce qui rend l'ouverture de la porte parfois très compliqué.
Le check out est indiqué jusqu'à 12h, mais dès 9h du matin plusieurs personnes sont venues nous demander si nous partions maintenant, nous avons dit plusieurs fois que non, mais jusqu'à 10h30 la question nous a été posée 4 fois. Très insistant quant au check out alors que nous avions en principe jusqu'à 12h pour le faire. La caisse avec tous les produits de nettoyage a été posée devant notre porte dès 9h30... sensation d'être mis à la porte, dommage.

Es handelt sich um eine relativ neue Anlage. Leider gibt es Philippinen-typische Probleme wie Wasserdruck, Abwasserrückstau und tropfende Wasserhähne.
Ansonsten: Super Klimaanlage, wirklich tolle Betten, sehr ruhige Lage, ein schöner Pool und ein gutes Restaurant.
Absolute Empfehlung und tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Leider gibt es Philippinen-typische Probleme wie Abwasserrückstau und tropfende Wasserhähne.

Except all those mention above nithing i liked especially this much big nice property dont hav a power backup when eclectricity gone for the day r u serious🥴🥴 and showers dont hav enough pressure waterflow its very bad to take bath secondly hot water its not working and the rooms r away from reception if we need anything everytime we need to goin person to ask for that intercom in rooms much needed tv exceptone channel nothing show up. Really bad for this much nice property has very basical essentials discrepancy

I like Everything about this resort.
The staff are awesome. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaners.
They are gorgeous, they are friendly, they are attentive. They are diamonds.
The rooms are comfortable, very clean, very private. They have partitions, they have plants outside. Everyone and everything is exceptional. The restaurant food delicious and the presentation is second to none.
There was nothing I don’t like about this place.

TV unable to get movie channels due to not being linked to wifi. Reported to staff early evening but still not connected next day.

It is a bit far from the center, so there are no restaurants near the hotel; We had to have all our meals at the hotel.
It is necessary to rent motorbike for everything. We recommend to rent it outside the hotel.

the staffs were very nice they're not really strict when it comes to schedule.
the pool was superb it was clean and actually warm, which i was surprised.
their room was spacious and the vibe is relaxing and peaceful,
I also like that there's table tennis, billiards, and darts.
The food is kinda pricey i think it's catered more for foreigners so we had to go outside for food and also since the resort is kinda far from the main road we need to take a trike which costs 50 pesos per person (one way) price is also catered to foreigners.

Lovely pool, clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, easy to rent bikes
Room wasn't fully made up when we arrived. Water wasn't on two mornings, so had to request it to be checked. Shower head stand was broken. Bike rental is needed as resort is far from other restuarants etc.

Place was amazing. Peaceful and a good place to stay with the family. Also, renting the resort's scooter was much convenient mode of transport to and fro the resort.
Holding us on our check out because they cannot locate the 1 pc of mug that was just in front of them. Apology accepted but staff should know how to deliver the message in a better way.

Clean facility room and friendly staff from reception and resto, very helpful as I ask them for help to buy cake for my birthday son on that day and resto help us to celebrate at their resto with birthday song.
Thanks to all the staff.
Only some power point is not working, so far everything is good.
