Nice, tidy and modern apartments.

Pippo was very welcoming. Met us and walked us through everything. The property has everything you need to cook or even grill outside, plus plenty of outdoor space and excellent location to the water.

Most of the town closes for the season, so we weren't able to find an open grocery store when we arrived. A welcome package of coffee and snacks would have made our stay a bit easier.

Very dirty apartment. The interior looked completely different than in the photos. The kitchen is old and completely dirty. All sticky dishes and cutlery. Sofa bed in stains. Dirty shower. Very poor internet. The owner is very nice, but the amount we paid for the standard received is terrifying. A place for the really brave.

Great location, villa have everything needed , Pippo is extremely nice and i had amazing time. Highly recommend the vila to anyone visiting the area. Its stunning view, just 2 min from Marzamemi, beach is just infront and its absolutely amazing. I would spend my life there :)))

Everything was perfect

Villas are very beautiful, beautiful design, they offer everything you need for a nice stay on the beach. They are set in a very peaceful location. No big buildings, hotels etc. close by. They are spacious. I would say they are particularly suitable for families. The beach close by is really beautiful. And the position offers a good starting point to visit Noto and other towns close by. Car is a must.

Nice, clean, good facilities for self catering. Perfect for a holiday with a baby. Very friendly owner.

It would be nice in the main season, but out of season it felt too isolated, as the nearby area outside the small enclave of villas was empty and not very pleasant.
