This was my second time here love the proximity to the shops and ease of access

Not much not to like welll equipped great quite accommodation perfect for my needs

I found the accommodation very comfortable and warm. It was very well equipped and the continental breakfast was good. The town centre is a three minute walk away yet parking was easy, using the off-street area provided by the hosts. A bonus was a very well stocked library and I noticed a cupboard crammed with games and jigsaws.

I had no problems at all during my stay.

The bed was comfortable and an excellent bathroom The kitchen was well stocked and lounge quite comfortable.

Had a very enjoyable stay over Xmas.This was our 2nd visit.Accomodation is clean,comfortable and quiet.Nice selection of breakfast cereals,bread and jam etc. Katie and Simon are lovely hosts,leave you to enjoy your stay but on hand if you need anything. Definitely recommend.

Katie and Simon were exceptionally helpful and cheerful even though we booked online only 20 minutes before arriving. There is a living area with kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area, separate bedroom and also a large shower room - all tastefully and comfortably furnished, warm and cosy. We liked the breakfast that was left in kitchen and fridge - a perfect start to our day.

Self serve breakfast, juice, milk, bread/toast, jam, marmalade, cereals were adequate. The Annexe is a Great accommodation for a short stay and although Katie & Simon are a busy couple they were friendly and very helpful.

Front door chub lock was temperamental otherwise everything was fine

The location was perfect for us to visit nearby family and friends without the need for a car for most of the time. The accommodation and parking met all our needs, we expect to return in the spring.

We were satisfied with all aspects of the accommodation and the locality.

Location perfect for us. We had everything we needed for breakfast. Parking on site was no problem. Hosts friendly and helpful, made us feel at home.

We booked very last minute, which Katy was not fazed by. We stayed overnight breaking up a trip to North Devon from London. A very comfortable stay, superb shower and lovely touches, such as a complimentary bowl of fruit, in addition to a loaf of bread, butter, jam, cereal, juice, tea, coffee and milk.

was very homely and comfortable. very clean and lovely bathroom with very nice toiletries. Beautiful fresh bread for breakfast together with jams butter cereal fresh fruit. Tea coffee milk and fresh fruit juice. Everything was spot on.

I would suggest blackout blind or curtains in the bedroom. It was very light very early in the morning.

North Street Annexe is like staying in your home, so comfortable, with everything you need.

Perfect stay in the annexxe while we attended a wedding at the weekend. The shower was great, the bed was comfy and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The location was ideal for us for our purpose. It was lovely and quiet. Everything was perfect and our hosts very friendly and very attentive. The Annex is very eco friendly which we love. A perfect and very comfortable stay. Highly recommended. All the breakfast items were of a good quality and fresh.

Location, off-road parking, being able to walk into Ilminster. Property was clean and warm and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Breakfast maybe could have included some cold meats, cheese and boiled eggs to cater for those who do not have bread/cereal breakfasts. The fruit bowl was excellent, thank you. A thought for the future - maybe offer your EV charger to guests?
