The staff were friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for our needs.

The shower head was too low for my partner and wasn't able to be adjusted. The tv (or remote) didn't work. We weren't able to book a parking spot with our room and parking around the hotel is very limited.

One of the elevators was out of use The ac in the bedroom was out of use in the main bedroom was the second time in that apartment and both times was out of use also the pull out beds were like sleeping on the floor very uncomfortable and hard no flannels provided. Also small steps going into bathrooms that almost trip you over or you catch your toe on no warning

Rooms were simply furnished but had all the essentials and were very clean and comfortable. Fantastic view over the river.

View is amazing right at the bend of the river. I could sit on the balcony all day. Parking is good.

So much mould in the bathroom. It's all very dated with an unpleasant odour.

Outstanding views, great location, easy access to city and Southbank, lots of surrounding restaurants, bars.

It is what you would expect from an older building, could definitely do with some upgrades to the rooms and furniture in the rooms.

View was amazing. I was on the tenth floor overlooking the river.

The ironing board was a bit dodgy; the cover kept coming off and one of the metal leg braces fell off when I got it out of the cupboard. The vent in the shower would suck the shower curtain inward and it was a annoying to keep pushing it out of the way. Pillows were way too soft.

The river/city view from the apartment was amazing. The parking was a great added bonus. Staff were prompt with their communication.

The helicopter noise from the Mater hospital can be quite loud in the room and there was quite a bit of street/other resident noise one of the nights we stayed, but the other night was very quiet.

Shower wouldn’t stay on way temperature would keep changing while having a shower- would get bursts of hot water. The air con was near pointless in our room 46b, was set to coldest and highest speed was still hot, if had a fan it would have done better than the aircon system.

Awesome view, good location

room was quite small with only a double bed and barely any room to move. Bin was full in the room when we arrived with some other rubbish found throughout the room. Aircon did not work properly either.

One elevator is very stinky, smells like a dog peed/pood in it. Disgusting. Also we were in a unit where the permanent(?) neighbour was in control of the fuse. The fuse magically was turned off during the day while we were away. We arrived back late, it was clear that the neighbour has the control (thanks to phone support), she was home but she ignored us. Thankfully the receptionist came for ourbhelp, but was very embarrassing late in the evening to ask her because of an unfriendly person. Also as a guest you cannot dry clothes on the balcony, you cannot smoke and you cannot even vape. This is annoying since both our neighbours simply ignored thus bylaw.

the location was excellent. close to all the sites of the city. the view from the room was amazing.
