Petit studio pratique et confortable, bien situé à Zermatt. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Belle vue sur le Cervin depuis notre appartement. Accès facile à 5’ de l’arrêt de bus. Local à ski pratique au sous-sol.
Dans le cas de l’appartement (studio) loué, la cuisine et chambre étaient dans la même pièce ce qui n’est pas toujours idéal lorsqu’on y cuisine. (odeurs)
Le local à ski n’est pas fermé à clé.

Ich möchte mich herzlich für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt bedanken! Unsere 7 Nächte in Zermatt waren einfach fantastisch, und das Malteserhaus hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen.
Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns willkommen und gut umsorgt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, und wir fanden es besonders schön, wie sie sich um all unsere Bedürfnisse kümmerten. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und makellos sauber, und die Aussicht auf die umliegende Berglandschaft war atemberaubend.
Die Lage des Malteserhauses könnte nicht besser sein, da es sowohl zentral als auch ruhig gelegen ist, was uns eine perfekte Balance zwischen Erreichbarkeit und Erholung bot.
Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Malteserhaus Zermatt einfach super. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und werden Ihre Unterkunft sicherlich weiterempfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit in Zermatt!

Struttura molto bella, ristrutturata, pulita e con ottima posizione al centro dell paese, ben posizionata tra gli impianti di furi e sunnega. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza.
Forse lo studio e’ un po’ troppo piccolo per due settimane. La prossima volta prenderemo un appartamento con camera separata.

Need to climb many stairs with luggages in order to reach / leave apartment. Matterhorn view is about 90% blocked.

It was a bit confused to find where to collect the key, especially when we arrived in the late afternoon/ early evening.
I didn't like the rule of disposing the rubbish before check out. We were rushing to catch the train but then we had to dispose the rubbish following the guidelines. And it wasn't a short walk (about 1km). We had to get out of the apartment twice as the first time we could not find where to dispose the rubbish. I think if they want the guest to dispose the rubbish, the apartment should have provided the bin downstairs.

The room did not look like it did in the pictures. We felt catfished by the pictures. It was much smaller and less nice.

loved the property. Sofa beds were extremely comfortable. close to the city center, amazing staff, and really clean, overall I would recommend people to stay at this property. Also compared to other properties in Zermatt amazing price!

Easy walk to ski shuttle and downtown. convenient ski storage and mud room. Perfectly sized and appointed apartment. i really appreciated the ample supply of coffee pods! Overall great value. could even see the Matterhorn summit from my balcony.

This is the most amazing place! Staff are friendly and accommodating :) location is within walking distance to the centre.

The room is not cleaned throughout our stay and there is actually no one in the reception to help things out all the time.

The room was cozy and perfect for 2 people. The bathroom was clean and had heated towel racks which were perfect for after being on the ski hill to dry gloves and any other gear that got wet. Kitchen well stocked, with a dishwasher which was good.
Only 1 bin liner and you had to pay to get an extra. A little far from the ski lifts and the main section of town. The bed was a fold out style with bad pillows. The kitchen didnt have a cutting board or cutting knife either.
