The property is located in the heart of the city. walkable distance are the amenities - supermarket, medical store, and everything. I came for my project work and loved the place. I used to walk to Raja seat which is a km from stay to be more productive whenever I felt of break. you also have Zomato and Swiggy deliver food to here. have ample parking space - 3 cars at a time inside the compound and 2 cars adjacent to the compound. Oweners are the kind of Gem persons !!! They will help you throughout your stay to make us feel home. I felt home and I’ll be back with my family soon on a long leisure vacation back here.

This place is near to Madikeri bus station and easily accessible. Stay owner Bharath is very hospitable. You can definitely opt for this if you're looking for a budget stay for your Madikeri trip.

A very decent stay. Would recommend. Rooms are very big. Approach road is a little tough but if you are using Google Maps, it is easy to reach... Bharath helped me in planning the trip within coorg and that really helped me a lot in covering all the places within the time limit...
