Location is advantage. This place is close to Raja seat. Care taker is friendly.

Bedding are ok-ok type. Cost of food prepared by care taker is verrrry costly. We are 7 of us ordered 20 chappathi with paneer sabzi. For this we were billed 1400.00.

The location and room size

We had an unforgettable 5-night stay at this homestay in Coorg, Karnataka! The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy retreat after our daily adventures. The views from the homestay were absolutely breathtaking, with misty clouds rolling in each morning, creating a serene and magical atmosphere. A special mention to Shyni, the wonderful caretaker. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rajesh, whose friendly demeanor and passion for hosting guests were evident in every aspect of the homestay. Not good location. The curtain in the room was hanging and still is. Staff is just one lady, she never asked if we needed any thing/ tea/coffee.

Indifferent attitude of the owner

The caretaker and his wife were really helpful and supportive.They were available for any thing required and room was at a good location from most of the attractions.

I felt that the bathroom could have been better. I was a given a room in the beginning which had leakage in the toilet jet and washbasin . After complaining they offered another room, there was no leakage but the water flow was very less in the tap and shower. The shower was not very user friendly and it was difficult to bath with it. I think they should improve this ,otherwise the stay was satisfactory. The price was a little on the higher side as the open area /terrace was very messy and not properly maintained.

The space was clean, and Naveen was quite helpful.

The location of the property is good. It easily accessible from madikeri town. Hardly 1 km from Rajaseat.

The cleanliness was not satisfactory. The bed linen and sheets didnt feel quite clean.The rooms provided were two floors apart. And we had to climb a very narrow stair each time. Not suggested for elderly people and kids. No separate car parking was available. You can park if space is available on road. A space was provided in the ground floor that too was suddenly occupied once we went out and came back.

The host was very responsive and accomodative

No.parking, have to park on the roads and that too very narrow road. There are high chances of ur car getting damaged.
