The pool is great, surrounded by a garden, food is delicious and staff is very helpful.
There is live music during evening which is nice, but can also be a little overwhelming for guests, especially in the nearby rooms

Conference hotel, rooms with no window, upper rooms loud, half an hour to the city, personal uninformed, very expensive services like laundry - four times as usual - while Bad result - laundry came back dirty.

Clean pool.
Our room had a very comfortable bed.
At bookin, we were given the worst room, the absolute worst. After some discussions, we were moved to a room closer to the Deluxe Balcony we booked. Water pressure low.

Location of the hotel comfortable. Also, the pool and garden gorgeous in a hotel territory. They have restorant nice price and dishes are delicious but take more than an hour. Staff are good.
Time to make small repair and change towels. Towels was really very old. The walls are terrible they need emergency repairing. Also, you need to ask for a cleaning room and changing towels.

- The design of the hotel and the swimming pool was extraordinary. We were really surrounded by the nature.
- The staff was very helpful and friendly; they even made phone calls for us when we wanted to organise some activities.
-The restaurant closed around 20:00 two days in a row so we were not able to order food when we returned from our day trip. In the room service menu it says that we should be able to order until 21:30.

Gamelan or orchestra when we arrive in the evening was magical.
The young female front desk representative did not know how to interact while settling a breakfast bill with my debit card, whisked away my card from the machine and requested i run it again, which I refused as I got a real-time notification of the debited amount on my cards. She then requested to check my room out if the blue and while making me wait an extra time, repeated again that I had to to run my card again. I showed her my debited amount from her hotel name but it seemed she had no clue on that banking transaction.
