Amazing hotel with fantastic views and facilities. Wonderful food. The best part is the staff - caring, experienced. From the staff at reception, to the guards to the restaurant- it’s the hospitality which takes the stay to another level.

The sign for gym and kids play room were confusing. Easy fix to do.

Totally enjoyed the outdoor heated pool! The USP. And loved the british styled bar!

No beer for my colleague and even wines were highly priced.

The location was unique. Staff was excellent. Food service was excellent. Cleanliness was perfect. Happily enjoyed our stay for six nights.

The property was located in the mountains which I wanted, so it was superb. The general outlook of the hotel was good

The room was very small and did not look to be 250 sq feet as described. it was extremely cramped. In the bathroom there was hardly any place between the shower and the basin. The facilities was below standard. However the staff did their best to make up and offered an upgrade. But being Senior Citizen it was very difficult to move after a 5 hour transfer drive
