المكان مرتب بس لم استطع اخذ راحتي ابداً دخلت للفندق في الساعه العاشره والنصف ولم استطع ان انام من كمية الازعاج ف جهاز الانذار الى الساعه 3 وغادرت الفندق

موقع جيد موقف سيارات مناسب تعامل الموظفات في الاستقبال كان جيد

الغرف جدا صغيرة الحمام سيئ والمياه تغمر الارضيات تعامل الموظفين في الاستقبال مان غير لائق ولا مبالي الافطار نوعا ما غير جيد

The property was very nice we were a family of 4 and were given 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were very clean

The only downside was that the hotel was quite far from the haram. There is a 24 hr shuttle service from the hotel but it doesn’t leave for the haram until it’s full so you could be in for long wait. We used to get in the shuttle to be at haram fir 4.15 am ish fir tahajjud n fajr but the shuttle wouldn’t leave till 4.35 am ish snd once we got to the bus stand it’s another 10 min walk to the haram so we would literally just about make it for fajr. So if you plan on going for tahajjud n fajr leave at least 1 hr 30 mins before the fajr time or you probably will not get there in time for tahajjud. That was the only downside with the hotel. The fact that it was so far away. We booked fir 6 nights but then did early check out and moved to an hotel closer to the haram so that was 2 days payment gone to waste but I would rather be closer to the haram and go to every salah.

Breakfast was included in our package, but booking.com has somehow muddled it up and we did not get any breakfast included in our stay, hence we had to pay extra for our breakfasts

Cleanliness of the rooms and amenities offered

WiFi didn't reach the room fully and air conditioning wasn't the quietest

Room is exceptional, bath staff are excellent. I am really fussy for cleanness; room was clean and air fresh. Cleaner guy in 15th floor is very helpful. Breakfast is amazing, waiters always ask to assist you, reception ladies, they are really nice. I have to check in 12 pm, but i asked for 3 pm, they agreed for this time, thanks. Bus, they have 3 busses, everything is excellent, but they improve more bus needs to serve, because for pilgrims they want bus in every 5 min for both sides from hotel to haram. if it is possible, they need to change bus station to kudi station is nearer to haram, now they have bus station from haram where is behind of clock tower, front of shahada hotel. Bus drivers are really nice, just need to have more busses to serve. if they improve this side, hope this hotel increase their points higher. thanks for everything.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, good car parking Facilities, frequent Bus shuttle to Haram and easy accessible from Haram to hotel, hotel is in very good location, and staffs are kind good and very supportive. Value for money
