excellent location, cleaning staffs were very welcoming and good & swift at their work. MD Sohel who is this really smily and nice guy made our room everyday and he is good! knows a lot and gave us a few general knowledge which we asked about.. their house keeping and reception is good! i liked it.

their breakfast menu does not change at all, I stayed there for 6 nights and had the same breakfast everyday! expected better food there as its a 5 star chain hotel. Had better experience in Hilton Last time.

Very bad smell in the room like humidity, we called the reception to change it but unfortunately no action taken. Breakfast was very bad.

Only location close to Haram .otherwise every thing is very bad

It was very bad resident .very old furniture.very old electrical connections as required adapter for every connection.toilet stuff was broken and old .once I checked in refrigerator is defective,electricity is off for 4 hrs and they have no backup plan in such kind of disaster.no elevators working ,no light we had been stuck in place .i live beside multiple huger compressors for the whole towers .big noisy and can’t sleep .in brief ,this is not movenpick as before .

شكرا لكل طاقم العمل حتؤ لا ننسى احد. الموقع ممتاز. المصلى داخل البرج لا تحتاج تصلى خارج البرج الا الذي اراد الصلاة في الحرم. وسيله النقل من مطار جدة الى مكة كان بسهوله وتواصل مع السائق من وصول الطائرة حتى مغادرة المطار. الاقامة ممتازه مقابل المال المدفوع. الفطار كان متنوع ويلبي رغبات المعتمرين.

تنظيف الغرف ما كان بالمستوى المطلوب. الاقامه ثلاث ليالي لم تبدل شراشف السرير.تحتاج لتحسين مستوي خدمه الغرف.

Location is good

Rooms are too small, I payed for triple occupancy but they converted double room to triple bed and the room size was cramped. Bathroom is too small and the shower area is like a grave. Breakfast is average with no coffee machine, if need to make coffee by machine then need to pay extra.
