Fabulous flat, layout was perfect. I didn’t want to leave!

Check in at 5pm is very late in the dark and trying to check out by 9am was very difficult.

lovely appartment very central to village but lovely and quite. plenty of space to park car in private space.

nothing to complain about really. a little noisy when neighbours use stairs to enter there appartment.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Very good sized lounge.

The location is great central but very quiet. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we left!!

This is in a fantastic location. Parking is a little tight if you have a large car but you do get parking which is a huge bonus within Grassington. Lovely apartment on the ground floor of a converted courtyard of cottages. Some lovely features such as well equipped modern kitchen, lovely modern bathroom and spacious lounge. Bedroom is nice with ample storage. Good WiFi but a little slow later on trying to stream Netflix on the smart TV.

The shower head and screen seal needs a good clean or replacement (cleaning company?).The owner let’s dogs in here and with the best will in the world there will always be dog hairs about. The light switch by the door as you go in (we did in the dark) is for the outside light with a sticker on it stating “do not switch off”, we found out why, it was held onto the walk by paint!! Ridiculous. This would be an immediate fail if electrically tested. The tv has a video slot but don’t bother with it as it won’t read the DVD’s, nice touch but a fail. Finally, I tried to book into this property between 6-7pm and my request was rejected by the owner who could do no later than 5:30; guess what, when I called “the property” on the App, it was a lease company that simply had to give me a code for a key safe! So what was the problem with 6pm?
