4 friends stayed at Villa Princesa in Calle Princesa Teguise No 23. The villa is beautiful everything worked perfectly. The eating areas are fabulous. The facilities in the villa for eating is fab offering 4 seating areas, kitchen, dining area, sun room and barbecue area, well established areas. The pool is beautiful for a swim nice and warm and lovely and clean. The villa is close to most areas however it is situated at the top of the hills from the strip so be aware of that to go to the strip by taxi is only 2.80 per trip for 4 people. Lidl is 10 minutes walk along the flat and taxi again 2.80 from there. Villa was spotless clean and very well equipped with all the modern facilities. Melanie is so helpful and the care pack of items when we arrived was a lovely thought I would go back to the villa again.

The only downside was the mezzanine for the fourth bedroom. This is not a private bedroom this is stairs in the sitting room with an open plan bedroom. The mattress is on the floor, it would be ideal if travelling with children it would be like a sleepover room, however, for 4, 50 ish ladies all thinking they would have a separate room it was not ideal and 2 of us had to share the single beds room which was quite small in size.

The photos don’t make the property justice. It’s stunning!! The decor is lovely, it’s got everything you needs and it’s super comfortable. it’s much bigger than it looks like in the photos and there’s lots of different spaces to hang out. The host Claudio was super kind and accommodating and made sure we had a fabulous stay. It’s a very short walk to the beach area and there’s plenty of super markets and shops nearby. Very quiet area and it felt very safe as well. Will 100% be coming back!

Fantastic location, amazing villa.

A really fab villa in a great location - a safe, quiet neighborhood but only 10 minutes from the seafront and all the restaurants and amenities of Puerto del Carmen. A well established property, beautifully furnished with many eclectic design features, this villa had absolutely everything we could possible need for our 4 week stay. Great heated pool, cleaned twice a week, loads of room for sunbathing, an outside dining area with barbeque - meant that we spend many long and enjoyable days by the pool. With free WiFi and Netflix we were able to continue watching our favorite series! Management/owner were especially responsive and it was great to avail of late check out on our last day. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Claudio, a very friendly and helpful gentleman.

Literally everything else, the house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need. There is an amazing view from the balcony of the master bedroom. Not for the faint hearted as it is right at the top of the hill but will keep you fit! We stayed as a family and was suitable for baby of 8 months. Hosts are great, very welcoming and do everything they can to accommodate you. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The BBQ wasn't exactly clean and the grill for it was broken, so we didn't feel comfortable using it.

The property is immaculate and has everything you need and more! The hosts are incredible - we checked in early and were met on arrival (we didn't have to wait) and they are there anytime that you need them. The villa design is beautiful and the heated pool spotless and a perfect temperature. The villa is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach and loads of bars/restaurants so it is super quiet but not too far from the action! BBQ bit in the garden was amazing too :)

The facilities firstly. This villa gives great home vibes, everything you could need is provided, fully functioning kitchen and wash room with washing machine dish washer etc. Beach towels and shower towels provided. The checkin process was seemess, the hosts provide a detailed description of how to find the villa, your point of contact on arrival and phone number to contact a few days in advance of your arrival. As we flew during covid we were happy to see the villa and pool were spotless when we arrived and hand sanitizer, masks and gloves all plently available for us in the villa. We had a late flight out on departure day and the villas contact Melanie who was super helpful organised for us to have the villa as late as we wanted and booked a taxi to airport. It's about a 10 min walk to all the bars and restaurants and shopping centers. bit of a hill but taxis are freely available to come back up from the town and cost 3.50 euro. Very cheap if needed. The pool was great and clean, cleaning net etc is in the villa and every 3 days someone comes in the morning to do good clean of the pool walls etc pool towels provided along with plently of sun beds and sun chairs. There is loads of privacy and its nice and quiet, but also has indoor and outdoor speakers with fully functioning sound system Aux cable provided etc to play your own music. Honestly it was perfect. Would highly recommend to all and definately for the price it's a steal. If Family or group of friends we'll definately stay here again if coming back to Lanzarote.

Only tiny little flaw, the pool walls could have been cleaned more regularly. Maybe every other day rather than every 3 days.
