The place was nice, clean and so on. It was very close to the railway station. It was also close to the mini metro. So you could easily come up to the historic city center.

You shouldn't call your pĺace B&B when you are not serving a proper breakfast.

This acommodation is close to the station,so it is really easy to get there. It was possible to do late check in. We enjoyed our stay :)

The location is extremely convenient for the railway station and for the mini-metro into Perugia. Although on a busy main road the room faces away from the road and is not noisey. Air conditioning worked well.

The breakfast token system could be better explained on the web site, On the positive side breakfast is available at almost any time, even for collection the previous evening for an extremely early start. On the negative side, it is a short walk away and what is on offer is quite limited.

Perfect location if you travel by train: next to Perugia Main station AND the mini metro, which brings you up to Perugia centre. Modern, very clean. Breakfast is a voucher for a typical italien cafe & cornetto at a nearby cafe. Communication was friendly and efficient, with flexibility to our needs. We liked it, thank you!

Breakfast was perfect. We had a great time and the bar owner was so kind. We loved everything about the room (large shower and bathroom, balcony, and very comfy beds and pillows). Thank you for installing AC too.

The hotel is located 3 min from the train station and 5 min from the little train that goes to Perugia historical center. I am very satisfied with this hotel the rooms are clean and tidy, the apartments are in great condition with perfectly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Very polite and kind staff, always ready to help you. When we called to resolve a problem with our booking information their responses were quick and everything was resolved very fast. I would definitely be back to this hotel next time I come to Perugia.

The room has been recently renovated. All the furniture is new and of good quality. Very clean.

The B&B is located in a ugly big complex of buildings and breakfast is served in a bar nearby. On weekends, the bar is closed therefore breakfast was given at the bar of the train-station. Not really a fancy place...

The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size, with private bathroom (make sure you ask! as some are not), and there was an air conditioner that worked fine while on. The accommodation is next to the train station, accessible by walking through the station onto the road behind the tracks. Also only a few minutes walk from the MiniMetro cable cars which take you up to the Old Town -but you must ask about things because no information is provided in the rooms.

I was wondering if the train noise would be a problem but it wasn't. I heard no trains. Unfortunately this accom is on a very busy road where cars rush by or idle at the controlled stop all night long. I slept maybe 2 hours each of the two nights I stayed. The air conditioner could not be turned on continually to drown out the noise. Instead, it is on a temperature sensor that switches on and off according to the temperature in the room. This causes additional noise that, like the traffic, is not continual enough to be zoned out as white background noise. So if you book here, be prepared to be woken up repeatedly throughout the night. Yes, I was wearing ear plugs throughout the night but they didn't help. Otherwise, the accom is clean, beds comfy, bathroom working and staff friendly.

Great location for overnight travellers right behind the train station. They give you a chit for coffee and a croissant at the Station Cafe which opens early. Staff was prompt to assist, even though they are off site.

Not the nicest neighborhood for longer stays. Bed a bit soft for our liking, and I hate the European thing of providing no top sheet but rather a duvet heavy enough for the Arctic so I sweat all night.

Nice clean room with a balcony. Clean shared bathroom. Good supply of soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper for the duration of the stay. Nice proper duvet. Excellent location next to the train station, although that area is boring, it's very convenient if you plan to do day trips by train. (There IS a not so obvious underpass that takes you straight there from the station)

I had big problems checking in! The day before I got a message saying this and that number would get in contact with me but I heard nothing. When I arrived I rang the bell downstairs. I said hello but they hang up. I tried again and said: I have booking. They said 'no english' and hang up!!! Luckily some Italians came to check in. They were let in straight away. I followed them upstairs where a lady was waiting. They went in and the lady wanted to shut the door right in front of my face. Luckily I got my room in the end after a bit of a stressful experience. The room was freezing cold. Only a tiny 3 cells heather in the corner, which might have been enough if it didn't switch off by itself all the time. It was off all night and all day, only on little bit in the morning and the evening.
