Il est petit et très privé. Le personnel est agréable. La restauration est bonne.

L hôtel est très vieux dans l ensemble. La deco des chambres pourrait être plus cozy. La plage de l hôtel devrait être mieux entretenu côté propreté

Breakfast was fine and great location

Once checked in at front desk we were turned over to our Butler, Anthony. He was running around trying to handle multiple check ins & we were rushed into our room & he forgot to tell us about special dinner for returning guests, which we missed. Butler was a nuisance most of the time. Our shuttle to airport was scheduled at wrong time, good thing we noticed it. This was our Third trip to Royal Plantation and the dining was good (although the French Restaurant did not have Escargot and my Bouliabase was served over mashed potatoes. Really???

i really liked the service, the food was great! Robert & Anthony attended us so well!

the entertainment needed help, was awful, the drinks also needed help, a few people from the bar were not so nice. I wish we were informed we can visit all sandals on day one.

The scenery was amazing. The butler service was fantastic. If you are looking for an all inclusive vacation on the beach with various water activities as well as attentive butler service, then this is the place. Being able to shuttle over to the other Sandals resort which had many other restaurants to choose from which was 2 minutes away was great. The food was also very good for an all inclusive resort.

There was one night my steak was served basically raw but that was quickly rectified. Also there was a resort next to ours which had music playing which was overhead in our room well past 2am on certain nights. No fault of the resort but it did keep me up some of the nights for a bit.

three separate days we experienced a severe loss in water pressure to no water , staff worked to resolve the issue, very accommodating and apologized for the short time we were waiting for water to be restored. The longest we waited was 15-20 minutes. not a big problem, unless you’re already in the shower soaped up . The costs for some of the excursions seemed pricey, not everyone from the states has money, a $10.00 locker fee at the dolphin exhibit , $180 for pictures , we wanted to purchase one photo of us and we’re denied , they were pushing the entire package.

It is the best hotel we have ever been to. I can tell many good things about it, but service and personal attention took it to the next level. The stuff was incredibly lovely and professional.

How quiet and relaxing it was!

The day we arrived the check in was very unorganized and we never received the tour of the property when we first arrived and we’re left sitting around 30 minutes before anyone came to show us where we could get food.

Location is amazing; Staff was Above and beyond. Room was very nice, with the only issue of lacking acoustic isolation with the neighbours; even if we are not used in all Inclusive, this resort was something else and was a great end of our journey. The sight from the room: To die for!

I had a issue with the services provided by the local diving Center but the management of the hotel was very responsive in helping up. Probably the target clientele is a bit older than us but we had a great time.
