We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. This is not our first time renting from this company and we've always had a good and positive experience!

Its was nice and clean.

The cabin is a nice cabin. It is central to lots of places to see and visit.

This cabin was located in the perfect location. It was definitely big enough for a family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to prepare full size meals. Just remember that it doesn’t have a dishwasher. It’s a cozy place. The couch was amazing. It’s very comfortable. Two things I would recommend is a king size bed in the master bedroom. That’s only because that’s what I have at home lol 😂. And the kitchen could definitely use some up dated appliances. Then again it is a rental and they do work! We totally enjoyed our vacation at this cabin, and would definitely rent it again! Thanks for sharing your home❣️.

I wish i could give positive feedback. House was clean, which was very important for me. the beds were comfortable. The entry door lock needs some help. it is a struggle to open the door. Knob is very close to the door frame, which makes it hard to open. You better be fast to puch in 10 key numbers, or you have to start over. We never could luck the door with the first try it took several tries. The sliding door to the laundry room must be fixed ! ! It was loose and fell out, almost hitting my 12 year old daughter. House is located on a little hill, but next to the bussy road, what makes it very noisy, especially when motorcycles go pass by. If you are in a search for quite a place, this is NOT your house. Description of the house says free Wi-Fi, but we didn't have a wifi at all. If you are planning to do some work while you are going to be ready to have a problem with that. Few light fixtures needs to be fixed .

Upon arrival, 15 minutes early (with groceries in the car) had sit outside and Wait exactly until four oclock. Could not get the door to unlock. Had to call Vascar for detaiil instructions. Then inside and it had not been cleaned. Called Vascar back and had to sit outside and wait while they made the bed and cleaned the cabin. Never could get the lock to work, so we left it unlocked every time we left. The wi-fi password was 20 letter/ numbers long. Very time consumming. Had salt but no pepper. Wash clothes were very dingy. Certainly need new ones. Would not stay again.

The stay is close to Casino, yet very secluded to nature. It's close enough to run to town to get groceries or go for helicopter ride over the mountains or lake. There are near by towns within minutes with fantastic dining or stay in. The cabin has everything from pots, pans, bowls, baking, mixing, can openers, utensils you name it available. Just bring your groceries, spices & condiments. They do have salt & pepper. There is updated living furniture unlike previous review stated. This place has lots to offer that I can spend 30 minutes going on about, but then it wouldn't leave you anything fun to find out on your own. There are mountain gems of fun up here to do. Lots of them! Ok even a train ride not far away! Come on what are you waiting for? I know we will be back. A week wasn't enough for us.

LOVED our stay here. Drive wasn’t bad- drove through the Smokies to get there and it was BEAUTIFUL! Cabin as described and so so cute. Everything staying in the Smokies should be. Peaceful, very scenic, great place for birding! Had no problem with the lock on front door or the couch. If you are looking for groceries, produce, or a brewery, Sylva is the cutest little town about 10 mins away. Or, drive through the Smokies to get to Gatlinburg but that place is crawling with tourists. Sylva is much more quiet and scenic. Thank you so much family jewel, we’d love to come back

Great communication and was everything we expected and more.

First the positive: beautiful view, clean house, driveway not to bad. Now the negative: please lord get new furniture in the living room, that futon" couch" has got to go!!! the fridge is loud everytime it comes on and very out dated. Now I seen people say how well stocked this house was. Sorry I didn't see that. I would suggest those that go here bring everything you would need. My wife was looking for a baking pan to reheat something there was none. She looked for some foil nope not there. We've renting other cabin that has had everything you would need but your food and clothes. For what we paid for 3 nights I have to say we were very disappointed. Feel like we were over charge for this cabin.

We loved the cabin. It was peaceful and quiet. Very comfortable, had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We could not get the front door to lock, the instructions said it would lock when we closed the door. Needless to say it never did so we had to leave the cabin unlocked when we went into town. Also, not really happy with the high cleaning fee when we have to do half the cleaning before we leave the cabin. It's not something I'll do again. I'd rather stay in a hotel with no fee and have them do the laundry, strip the beds and take out the trash. But it's a live and learn experience. Faith A.

The cabin was clean and well stocked. Easy enough to find with GPS. There were 2 recliners. Welcome after a long day of sightseeing. My problem was, my husband was in a wheelchair. There was a ramp, but it was very steep. There were no grab bars in the bathrooms. The cabin was fine, just not for an adult in a wheelchair. Please change how it is described in the search.

We have used this cabin a few times. It never disappoints. It's a simple home, but has everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay again

Home was clean and had plenty of space for our needs. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Cabin was convenient to Cherokee and Bryson City and away from crowds. Clean and provided all that was needed. Could use new furniture, tile on the small bath floor, and a table to open suitcase on.

We had a great time .The place it self was good. We liked that it was pet friendly. Not many places are pet friendly that we can find.It was nice and clean. All of the appliances that we used worked well. It was a great stay we would do it again .

It was exactly what we were expecting, great for the price and also makes you feel like you’re deep in the woods but only a few minutes away from the casino😁
