Friendly homeowner and clean property.

The property was perfect for our family! We loved the bunk beds so our older kids could hang together! Loved that it was close to the Tart trail. We rented bikes and getting around via the trail was super easy! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and fit our needs! Had to buy batteries for tv remote, and the trash can outside was overfilling when we arrived. An animal got into it that night.

The property was recently updated and worked well for our family and kids' friends. The split layout with kids bedroom separated from the master and other bedroom worked well with teenagers. Location was great for biking the TART trail with access 1/2 a block away. Also convenient for dropping in the kayaks and laying on the beach at the State Park Beach. Also close to the airport for anyone flying in without a rental car, though getting a Uber would be needed to get groceries. Owners were very responsive.

This listing was everything we needed for our visit to traverse city. We did not spend much time in the house itself due to planned events and outdoor activities. Kitchen was mostly stocked up & easy to navigate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Appreciated our trip!

Our family (4 adults and one infant) had everything we needed to enjoy our Traverse City vacation. The deck off the back of the house was perfect for mealtimes! Very close to the beach and to the Tart Trail, and a short drive got us downtown and to wineries, restaurants etc. Our host was great and responsive to all inquiries.

My friends and I stayed at this lovely home while visiting Traverse City. We loved the location (not too far from downtown, Mission Point, and the TART trail was at the end of the street), the size of the home (fine for 6 women), the cleanliness and decor, the deck in the backyard, the size of the kitchen, and the quick response to texts from the owners. We had a wonderful 4 night stay here, and would recommend it to others. No doubt, we’ll be back!

Our family had a great time. This house was good for small kids since there are no stairs. Location was good for walking to the beach. Slight musty smell, but everything was clean. Lots of extra towels and blankets were nice to have as well.

This house was adorable and had lots of space. It is close to everything and host was accessible when needed. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a great choice for 2 couples and 2 children. The kids loved their bunk beds. Having 2 sets of bunk beds let each of them sleep on the top bunk which they thought was pretty cool. The kitchen was easy to cook in. It had Everything we needed. The grill and the deck in the back with furniture was a nice surprise.

We had such a great time staying at this location. It was a family trip and the house was in such a good location. It was located close to town and right next to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious and fit our family perfectly. Would definitely recommend

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Location was great. I really had no issues at all. And the bed was more comfortable than the one I have at home!! We would book again in a heartbeat.

My friends and I booked this property for our girls weekend. We loved the property and the location was perfect! The owners were fantastic! We had an issue with the keys and they came out to fix the problem right away.We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Very nice house. Recently renovated. Just has right amount of supplies- toilet roll, paper towel roll and garbage bags. Few extra would be nice

Nice place to stay. We enjoyed it. The house is so cute and was clean, except for cobwebs near ceiling at back door. And the living room rug needed to be vacuumed. A few more lights or lamps would be great.

We enjoyed a quiet family summer getaway at this home just across the street from the TART trail and close to State Park Beach. The home met our needs, and with young children, being on one level and having open space was important to us. The home was clean overall and well-appointed. Outside, the grill was so dirty that we decided not to use it. We would recommend this property to families with young children.

The house was set up perfect for our family vacation. The 2 adult couples had their own comfortable bedrooms, and the 2 teenagers and 1 child had a bunk room that was a perfect accommodation. The house was located 1/2 block from the TART bike trail, so we had one of the local bike shops deliver bikes to us on the 1st day and pick them up on the last day of our stay. We never had or needed a car, as we were able to ride everywhere on the bikes. The location was a bike ride to downtown and walking distance to the beach. The only negative was that the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were few cooking pots and pans and NO knives for chopping. The only knives available were steak knives. The grill had very little propane left, but when we texted the owner, they responded immediately and came with a new tank. Overall, however, this was a perfect vacation home for our family.

The home is in a great central location to all parts of TC. We loved that the tart rail for biking is right at end of street. The house is very clean and updated. The owner couldn't be more responsive and helpful!

This house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated/furnished. It had comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy towels and was well stocked with essential consumables like TP, hand soap, tinfoil, and paper towels. It was conveniently located to the TART trail (a more beautiful ride when you head East) and the state park. I would suggest adding the following to the kitchen: dish soap for hand dishes, a cookie sheet, and knife other than steak knives.

The home was perfect for a girls weekend escape. It was clean and functional for our large group of 7. Additionally, the home was decorated beautifully. We hope to return next year!

Everything was exactly as described. The house was very comfortable, the location very good for short trips. 1 1/2 bathrooms was very convenient. I highly recommend.

The house is exactly as described and can validate all other comments; clean, cute, open concept home with really nice big master bathroom attached to a master bedroom. Had all the essentials as far as linen, soap, tp, pots pans silverware etc. Meagan was very helpful and gave us some suggestions for restaurants. We enjoyed a great dinner at the boathouse which was 21 minutes from the house and red spire which was not far from the Downtown area, maybe about 10 minutes. Close to the tart trail and public beach. Would definitely rent this place again! Thanks Meagan!

We loved this place for our girls weekend! There was always enough room for us whether we were gathered around the peninsula in the kitchen or hanging in the living room. Super close to the lake front, a few of us went for a run along the beach. Also close enough to the grocery store, coffee shop and wineries! Wish we had planned a longer trip to enjoy all this place has to offer!

This property has a nice layout and looks just like the photos. No major issues during our stay. Meagan was very responsive by email.

The house was just as advertised. The owner was great to work with. The home was very clean. The location makes everything in TC easy to get to.

Everything inside looked new and the house was immaculate with plenty of room for two families to stay. Don't let the outside fool you; the inside is really nice. I would for sure stay again!

We stayed here with my parents and sister’s family for my mom’s birthday. It’s a 5 minute walk to the park, a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Traverse City. Place was clean and Megan was very easy to get a hold of.
